The apartment contained everything needed for our stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls and essential items. Dove shampoo and shower wash. Washing up liquid, and dishwasher tablets. A fantastic supply of coffee and sugar which lasted 4 of us for 5 days with a few cups each day. Check in and out was very easy. This apartment was ideally located for the big wheel and only a 15 minute walk to the old town. If you like a daily walk, jog or run the path along the river is great and there is some outdoor exercise equipment close by. Its less than 5 minutes to the nearest tram stops. If I return I would honestly rebook here. Unfortunately, while we were there a school group of teens were also staying and they were extremely noisy, sitting on the couch outside of our room, talking loudly until after 3am two nights in a row. Normally, I would have gotten out of bed to remind them of the quiet policy but it was difficult for me being disabled. This was not a problem with the apartment, more a matter of lack of respect from the youngsters and whoever should have been supervising them.

So, the outside of the building is very run down looking and I wasn't sure where to check in but quickly figured it out. The entrance is not very appealing at all with kitchens on the ground floor and bins beside the very small lift. However, the apartment itself was lovely. There was nothing that would prevent me staying again. Unless I knew in advance there were a lot of school children there.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion! If there hadn’t been a member of staff from the restaurant at the door when we arrived we wouldn’t have known we had to go up the stairs. There should be signs that you check in at the top floor in the bar.

Great location, huge apartments amazing bathroom and beautiful view! The rooftop of the building has a club so it was amazingg!

We didn't have shower gel, and run out of paper, we couldn't find anyone to ask for, and they didn't reply on my message.

The entrance was a bit confusing and wasn’t sure where to check in. Need more directions to inform guests that check in is on floor 6 and you need to take lift to floor 5 and then walk up to the next floor.

Great accommodation for the price. Close to Wawel Castle and the river.

No information was provided in regards to the latest check-in time. When we got to the accommodation at 11:30pm, the reception was already closed and we needed to call someone to open the door for us (we thought it would be 24/7, given no closing time was indicated).

It felt spacious.

We booked a 3 bedroom property. What we actually got was a two bedroom property with 2 beds on the open plan living area. This area has to be walked through to access the bathroom and kitchen from both bedrooms, so offered no privacy. This was not a 3 bedroom property.

room very spacious, comfy beds, excellent power shower has a very nice cheap bar with rooftop views, in a nice location can see the river and the castle.

To get to any of the bars in old town you’ll need to get a taxi, about 25 min walk if not. the ground floor should have some signage as to where you need to go reception wise as it is a restaurant

Great place for the group of young students, spacious and clean, and well equipped. The apartment is located near the river and castle and the old town. Walkable distance to most of the attractions. We would stay here again.
