I was traveling alone and didn't want to stay in a hostel so this was the perfect option for me to have a private room without paying too much for it, the price is unbeatable! It even has basic amenities and the location was great to have everything (restaurants, stores, sights) close by, I was basically able to walk everywhere by foot once I arrived.

I wasn't sure if it was really a hotel at first, there seemed to be offices right outside my room where people were working in the morning and making noise, the walls were pretty thin and also I was able to hear the person staying in the next room. Also the window blinds were pretty useless. Nothing that a sleeping mask and earplugs couldn't fix though, so I would probably still stay again!

The location is on a historic spot of Krákow, near cozy coffee shops, bistros and street food area. Besides that it’s located at a historical neighbourhood, the Jewish Ghetto. The hotel is also located in a walking distance from the most important attractions of the city (10 min walking from the mais square) It’s a charming and historical building. Staff very helpful and friendly, mainly Hubert from the reception of the hotel. Thanks for all, guys. I was very happy there.

The hotel is well situated in Kazimerz and walking distance from the Old Town approximately 10/15 minutes. The staff were pleasant and the room was a great size. Nobody was in the adjacent room so I had private use of the 'shared' bathroom which was utterly spotless. Nice big windows that fully open for a breeze as it was especially warm.

No hairdryer is provided in the bathroom which is a little inconvenient as I had not brought my own. Perhaps it is possible to borrow one from Reception however I did not ask. There is no mirror in the room.

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location. One of the best places i have stayed. the apartment was so well equipped - coffee, tea etc and was very spacious. all was very clean and comfortable. location was ideal for exploring the beautiful city. Breakfast was lovely in a local cafe - also visited there for coffee one afternoon Host Milosz was most helpful and so quick to respond to any query I had. I will certainly be back and recommend to family and friends. Many thanks. Siobhan/Roisin

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Jewish Quarter, which is close to the city center and close to all entertainment venues. On the other hand, it is on a side street, so the noise does not disturb sleep at night. Everything is very clean and tidy. Very nice staff and try to help with everything. I would love to come back again!

The hotel does not have an elevator and air conditioning. On warm days it can be very hot in the room. An open window at night helped a little to lower the temperature in the room.

Very comfortable stay, clean and extremely good location near many food options & Wawel castle. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, thank you for the great stay. Towels are provided. Very near tram stops to go around town. Spacious room.

Parts of the room not directly visible not cleaned - found a chocolate wrapper left by other guests I assume. Some fixtures are loose in the room but things are still working

Very clean property with fresh linen, at a great location for the Jewish area and within walking distance of the Old Town. Opposite the great Hummous restaurant 😊 I've stayed there before and would book again. Staff are eager to assist, but only one member of staff spoke English. English speakers be aware.

Decor is a little dated, but still fine. No lift and a fair amount of stairs will be an issue for people with mobility issues.

Room after renovation was very good. Quiet room, new equipment, including mini-refrigerator, good shower cabin, kettle with tea/instant coffee. Ideal value for money. Three minutes from tram stop "Stradom".

Building with beautiful monumental staircase, but without elevator. We were going early in the morning along Krakowska Street - there, near the Green Hostel, homeless people spend the night. Best way to go along Augustianska street, it's safety there even late at night.

The hotel has a true 24h front desk, which is not always the case when advertised as such. No matter which time i was entering or exiting there always was someone at it or at the entrance. And they give you a proper key, which i like and is rare nowadays. The room was great and very clean! More than enough space, a nice big table to organize your things and luggage and everything from the lights to the shower worked perfectly, again, not always the case on budget hotels. It semed cold at first, but after the first day with the heat on it was very warm. And they provided coffee, tea, sugar and bottled water which was super nice. The TV has about 30 polish channels. More than enough power outlets as well. The view form the room is just the building in front but not bad. There's a small balcony on the floor. I didn't hear any of my neighbors during my stay and i can't really judge the nights because i always sleep with earplugs when I'm traveling (which i really recommend) but as far as i can tell the street is very very quiet and with no traffic at all. No weird noises from water pumps or otherwise either. The bed is comfy but on the firm side, keep that in mind if you are used to a very soft matress. Mine at home is soft-ish but i slept great nonetheless. WIFI was amazing, always up with excellent reception and great speed. I measured almost 300mb download with a ping of 6ms. The best thing for me however was the tram station literally around the corner of the hotel (Stradom) from which you can go EVERYWHERE in Krakow. Trust me, you will use it a lot and you'll love it :) This stay will have been an easy 10 for me if it weren't for the fact that there is no elevator. I was on the second floor and going up after a whole day of walking was a bit of a struggle. The steps are not too tall tho. But trust me, that property will be quite more expensive if there was one.

As i said, a great stay but a few small things to keep in mind: - No elevator. Be aware of it if you're carrying a ton of luggage or have issues climbing stairs. There's however a true 24h front desk and they seemed nice enough, maybe they can help you with it (i didn't ask). - Sink was a bit clogged, nothing major tho. - Matress is not hard but quite firm. Beware if you're used to very soft ones. A bit on the small side but it was enough for me (i'm 176cm tall).

Room size was very good and the bathroom spacious. The location is very convenient.

They clean the room when you ask. When we asked they only did the basics and did not change the sheets. The staff is very polite but they don't all speak English. If you are traveling to the city it is a good idea to use a translation app.
