The room was bigger than expected, with excellent, modern facilities, including good heating (underfloor in the bathroom), air conditioning, balcony, fantastic bathroom and shower, really comfortable furniture, big TV and reasonable kitchenette area. It was well-decorated and clean, and getting in and out of the building was easy, despite being a complete self-checkin. The area was excellent, especially with the Christmas market on Plac Wolnica, and good transport around the corner. We also appreciated the late checkout.

These are not complaints, as we were really happy with our stay. I just want to point out things to other guests. We didn’t really see a single member of staff during the whole visit, which was fine, but felt a bit strange – especially at checkout. I left the keycard in the lockbox and hoped it was the right thing to do. This also meant we couldn’t leave luggage on our last day – but the midday checkout helped with this. The room was only cleaned once during our stay – it didn’t need it, but we ran out of toilet roll, and ended up buying some.

The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, and quiet. It is located right opposite Bazylika Bożego Ciała in the centre of bustling Kazimierz close to restaurants and bars. It is well equipped and exceeded our expectations. Staff were very friendly.

There was some misunderstanding / complication concerning the daily room service (one had to ask every time explicitly, the sign "please clean the room" on the door knob was not sufficient). The breakfast consists of a pre-packed breakfast bag and can only be delivered after 08:30. Also there is no washing machine.

The appartement was very lovely. We really enjoyed the modern style of it. And everything was properly clean, which is essential is a hotel. Additionally, we had a lovely view from our windows, that brought in a lot of natural light. Lastly, the location is great. Many nice restaurants and cafe options.

Communication with stuff was not that good. We had some issues during our stay. For example they told us that if we come earlier we can leave our luggage with the reception. We arranged to do that but when arriving earlier, we couldn't find anybody. We messaged them and called them but nobody answered. So we ended up leaving with all our bags. Button line, if you don't need to communicate with stuff as all, this is a great place.

Good location, apartment clean, modern designed. There is little kitchen, balcony, small kids playground in the yard. There are some umbrellas that can be taken for free if the day is gonna be rainny.

Take a note that children under 7 years stay for free and they dont get breakfast. We were surprised a lot about hearing that. Thanks a lot for the Apartment, that all our stay our boy who is 4 years old got the breakfast box. Breakfast menu is quite poor, breakfast is delivered to the room about 8:30 a.m. in plastic boxes.

I had the apartment #303 which had mezzanine bedroom under the roof, it was very cosy and classy, perfect for a romantic getaway. It was also nice to have AC in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to be able to check in at any hour of the day (or night, in my case).

There's nothing I didn't like, but I'm writing some sentences because apparently booking.com wants me to. Even though everything went fine. Ok I'm 75% of the way there, just a few more words aaaaand ok.

It was such a pleasant stay. Igor was very responsive and helpful when I needed to amend my reservation. The location is perfect, in the heart of Kazimierz district, walking distance to all attractions. Spotless clean. Check out till 12 - enough time to pack up and eat breakfast without rush. I will definitely be back there in the future.

No parking spaces, but fair enough, because I should have checked it before booking. It was overall one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cracow, simply because of understanding and kind staff running it.

The apartment is well located, near the city center and near multiple restaurants (Kolanko was our favorite during our stay) Very handy underground parking is also available upon request with Golden Tulip Hotel (they have 10 public parking places available)

The bathroom had a sewer smell and sometimes we could smell it in common areas of the building. Although we were 4 (two adults and two kids), the room was prepared to receive only 3 guests (even though we were charged for 4), missing one set of bed sheets, duvet, and towels. Those were provided on our second day upon request.

Our room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Communications via booking.com chat were easy. The price of this accommodation is very reasonable. The location is very good near many great restaurants. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The reception was seemingly never staffed which led to some confusion regarding checking in. However, we were able to call the number we were given if we needed help.

Super location, easy waking distance to main attractions in Krakow delicious food in Kazimierz I would like to recommend the family restaurant called :Sasiedzi;, The breakfast delivered to your room on time. Amazing.

Only I would like suggest that should be English breakfast tea, which was not available or normal tea, not only the fruit tea.

Excellent location and great property. Just need to be mindful of stairs to the first mezzanine bedroom! Quote steep ladder rather than stairs!. Really well done and good quality fittings. Comfy beds. Depending on numbers staying maybe just need extra cups. Also something to dry glasses/cups would have been helpful. Very minor points though and would definitely recommend to anyone staying.
