My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, the room and the hotel itself are clean. We were using it for a one-night visit on our way from Germany to Ukraine. The hotel location was perfect for this kind of trip. Breakfast was tasty and rich. There is a separate area for kids in the lobby.

I was charged twice, and the staff (being very polite) was not keen on solving my problem on the spot, telling me no money was charged and suggesting I contact them via email if the money will not be back... so I did, and only then they admitted the issue. I got my money back in 1 week.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, proper desk for work, spacious wardrobe, delicious breakfast and nice restaurant, superfriendly staff in reception and breakfast room, daily supply of water

Not all rooms have aircon and it was 30 deg outside, no daily cleaning of the rooms and upon request the cleaning lady was slightly taken aback, shower floor was a bit wobbly and there was a bad stain on the sofa in my room

I have nothing but positive things to say about our time with my wife at the Arthur Hotel. In reality, it is only a few meters distant from A4. Room nice, space enough, decoration good, only can hear easy somebody from other room when talk normal. Suprise additional cost for parking 30 pln, Total cost for room was a bit high for location outside city. Can understand parking cost in downtown but not outside city.

The hotel is quiet and clean. Our room was big and very clean. We got 2 bottles of mineral water every day. The staff are very friendly. The area around the hotel is green, and the air is fresh.

Everything was good. Probably the distance to the Old City taking a bit of time but it's not a big problem if you have a car.

The second time room service was not satisfying. But the first time room service just Amazing!!

Staff were excellent, very friendly and could speak English well, or could make it work with translation apps, with someone at the desk 24/7. The hotel has a bus stop outside with cheap and easy connection to the centre of Krakow and the train station so there is no need for a car. I took the bus from the airport which cost 12 lat (for two people) but a taxi would be quicker and only costs 60 lats.

I did not take the breakfast as I had to leave before 7:00. I would advise to start the service earlier, maybe 6:30 would be advisable. Clean room, good location, excellent view though on the motorway, but I could work in good conditions after 9 hours of drive out of Ukraine. To be recommended, especially when on transit.

Breackfast was really good. Also the staff was nice.

It was quute warm outside (+30°C) and there was no AC in the room. Most part of the year this shouldn't be a problem in Krakow though.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was super helpful and welcoming after over 12 hours driving throughout Germany and Poland.

Room at the ground floor are a bit more noisy than the rooms upstairs.
