This is a very basic, but very affordable hotel. The room was clean, as was the en-suite bathroom. The wifi was good and the tram station was a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any traveller wanting a place to sleep while exploring the beautiful city of Krakow on a budget should find this hotel more than adequate. In other words, if you are a modest traveller on a modest budget, this is the right place for you.

There was one thing though, that worried me a bit. During the 7 days that I stayed there, the cleaning lady only came once and only because I mentioned this to the receptionist. Now, the room was still clean enough and there was sufficient toilet paper, but I was worried about what would happen if I, say, fell in the bath and broke something. Unless the neighbours heard me shouting, there would be no one coming into the room until my check-out date. So, the conclusion is: Don't fall in the bathtub!

It is possible to walk to the centre of Krakow. It is also possible to travel with the local train. Free parking, but has to come driving from the side the hotel lies on. At the back, there is paid parking, also for larger vehicles (private guarded area where 30 minutes was free, i was told). Close location is important because parking and driving in the centre of Krakow is caotic because of the ongoing roadwork. Good security.

Towels are worn, but clean. It is still value for money. Fire safety and escaping from the building is better than normal for budget hotels in Poland, but are not up to Norwegian codes. Still very easy to orientate in the building. Has to use the key to unlock the door from inside as well, or 2 different keys if having a unit with a shared entrance with other room. Windows can be opened.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was tidy, pleasant, and comfortable for a solo traveler. The bathroom was equipped with towels, hot water, and a mirror, which was very convenient. The bed was already made with sheets.

However, one downside was the poor soundproofing; I could hear every little noise from the neighbors.

Very clean, value for money, walking distance from Kazimierz, contrary to what people are saying on Google there was plenty of toilet paper. It does the job

Other guests were a bit noisy and smoked inside, but that's not the fault of the hotel, it's poor manners of others. Once I closed the door and the corridor door I did not feel any cigarette smell, it was traceable only on the communal corridor

Everything was good. We liked our rooms. There where no room for 3 person. But they have us 2 connected rooms, for 4 people, with 2 bathrooms) There is a kitchen with microwawe owen, fridge, electric kettle and cooker.

There is no pots or pans, cups or spoina there, be trasy.

It was a spacious hotel. The room was very clean and tidy, the beds were so comfortable! I don't know what people were saying that you could hear the highway but I couldn't a single car or any of the neighbours! I would go here again.

Room was basic but clean. Two most inportant things for me were bed (which was super comfy) and wifi speed (24mbps in my room!!). Staff was really helpfull as well and they were happy to answer general tourist questions such as what is the phone number to a local taxi.

a bit to far out from centre ,hotel can state to take tram 20 to hotel,only 4/5 stops and quote taxi proces from 35 zloty.

The accommodation was very good. Good breakfast, nice room with super view of Parliament building. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

If there was some live entertainment on boat in the evening g it would have been wonderful.

The room for 3 people was better than we expected for the price. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. There is a free parking space for guests, which we really liked.
