It is a lovely family hotel in Krakow with friendly hosts, spacious rooms, and tasty breakfast. The room had a kettle and tea bags, which benefited us. Parking was available behind the hotel for free. Reasonable cost for three people to stay.

The shower curtain did not work well, so water splashed all around the bathroom; internet speed could be increased on the last floor. Omelets and hot dishes were almost finished when I came to the breakfast room.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Nothing we asked about was a problem. The location is walking distance from the city center. Room was very clean. The breakfast had lot of varieties.

It seemed like staff was responsible for lot of different tasks in the same time. Sometimes during the breakfast coffee or milk was missing and we needed to knock on the door to ask for it (but not always was person available or heard the knock)…

The hotel stuff is very pleasant and kind. The breakfast includes various items (usual sausages, eggs, yogurts, cereals, vegetables, ant traditional polish dishes like "pierogi" - thanks a lot for them!). The hotel is situated not far from the Old city (15 min by foot), and it cab be good visible from the street (one does not have to search it).

It would be better if the drapes were drawn completely. But if the visitor does not meter a bit over-lighting in the morning, the room is comfortable for the stay.

The breakfast is very good. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were too soft. The bathroom is not bright enough.

I love that they have their own parking here so I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot on my own. I got the smallest room, so I didn't have to pay much for such a lovely hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The walk to old town takes about 20-15 minutes, which was perfect for me. Overall I loved my stay here!

The staff are very friendly, parking in the Hof very safe, breakfast was decent, has water kettle and tea, free bottle of water.

The room very dated, bed uncomfortable, bathroom very old and shower head not in position, need to hold it while showering, WiFi dropped every second, not clean.

This property has it's own parking which is extremely convenient. I arrived 2h before the check in time, but the staff was very helpful and they managed to get me my room early.

Highly recommended for all practical travellers. Great, helpful and supportive staff. Free parking. Nice breakfast and just 20-25 mins walk to the Old town of Krakow. 👍🏼❤️☺️

Quiet, easy to access hotel. Breakfast was excellent. For the price, I would highly recommend this location.

Shower was a bit small and difficult to use with the shower handle, however it was workable.

It's conveniently located to the city center without being overpriced. There are also a lot of cute cafes nearby.

I realize how this makes me sound, but the WiFi could have been better. For me, at least, the connection almost disappeared after going up one flight of stairs. It's a small thing, though.
