The location was ideal for exploring Krakow and was also within comfortable walking distance of the main railway and bus stations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed and the facilities were more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful and my request for a room at the back of the building, away from the trams, as my partner can be a light sleeper was fulfilled. Breakfast was fine with a good choice.

Nothing of note - perhaps the TV package could be expanded to include non-Polish news channels such as BBC World, CNN, France 24 etc. but this isn't such a problem as it would have been before the Age of the Smartphone. However, the choice did seem limited even with regard to Polish channels.

The staff (usually young as everywhere in Poland during summer) was very friendly. We did not try the restaurant but we can recommend the breakfast. As "eastern" aspect you get fresh salad and noodle dishes in the morning, but also everything more "continental". From other user comments we knew that it would not be very silent by night (the road in front has also a tramline), but as others did write, we wanted it like that, too, because it put us into city life, surrounded by houses built in late 19th century, some renovated, some awaiting to be kissed awake. City centre is on walking distance, but a tram station is close, too. Once again, we did not not need any polish cash on the whole stay of two days and appreciate this (just buying tram tickets onboard by card did not work, but we could even buy a single stamp by EC-card!). We liked the overall interior design of the hotel, which is somewhat "young", but not fancy.

Just one little detail: A WLAN service that requires registration via email, facebook or Google via a third-party firm does not seem to be best choice nowadays. We remained at our own hotspots.

Hotel in the city center but with enough (walking) distance to be a in quiet neighborhood, the way back during the night was easy, fast and safe. Upon arrival the air conditioning on the room didn't work but after reporting it I was moved to another/better room. I really appreciated how helpful was the staff.

Maybe just a suggestion of improvement rather than a thing I didn't like - the room was clean and tidy but I still found in the corner a black glove on the floor, probably from cleaning.

Hotel was spotless clean, very central to walk into main square, tram stop nearby 2 mins away,staff were really helpful. Hotel has a lift to bedrooms which are really cosy and warm. great shower with basic toiletries supplied. Tea, kettle and small fridge in rooms. Breakfast is typically Polish with a choice of cereal,breads, rolls , croissants, jams, cold meats etc. Also hot items such as fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon. Fresh juice, milk . Approx £5 per person . Staff were so helpful with information and could not do enough. Highly recommended.

I loved the look of the hotel. The room had everything I needed and it was nice that the bed was by the radiator. The reception team were all very friendly. The location is great for walking to the main square and also accessing buses for trips outside Krakow (Auschwitz and the Salt mine) as well as getting to and from the airport. The rooms were very clean and there was a fridge in the room which is a nice touch. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The only thing I was a little disappointed with is that breakfast is not included in most of the room rates and it is priced at €7 which I consider expensive. For that reason, I did not have breakfast.

The best breakfast I have ever had in Poland! The staff were polite and ready to help. For example, I forgot a bag of cosmetics in the fridge on my first stay, so they kept it for me and I was able to collect it on my return journey. Very comfortable beds and good soundproofing of the room. Excellent WiFi.

You have to negotiate a flight of stairs from the lift to get to room floors. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but with heavy bags you may need to flex your muscles.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to all landmarks and yet still tucked away from tourists. Staff at the hotel was super helpful and accommodating (THANK YOU!). Very clean. Beautiful historic building. Good value for money. This is 3 star hotel however it felt like 4 star.

I find it difficult to think about anything negative. The only thing was the mattress protection cover - it was super plastic to the point that it was making the noise while moving in bed. It was like sleeping on plastic shopping bag. I removed this from my bed and slept without it. I had good sleep. It would be much better sleeping experience if hotel invested in bed-covers that were less plastic.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, great location, only 10 minute walk to main square, great breakfast and coffee. The room was facing the street, you can hear the tram go by but its not a big deal.

The hotels offers bottled water in the room, but only sparkling. Only tea in the room but no coffee. Again, not a big deal. I really did not need it. The hotel really is a great place to stay. We will come back if ever in Krakow.

Great location , just 10 minutes from the old city ,to the market and the big mall ( Galeria krakowa) , central train station and public tranportation ,staff are welcoming & helpfull.

The TV has only polish (local) content , english channels will be appreciated , a small folding desk will help as well in the room , and some spare pillows. Inspite all we'll return for sure.

the room was nice and quiet for sleeping (if you closed the windows). I wasn't in the room very much, so that was my main criterium. And it was totally fulfilled.

a few more vegan options at breakfast would be cool. I mean there was bread and marmelade, and that was totally fine for me, but the cereal/muesli side of things could be developed some more.
