Beautiful apartment. Lovely high ceilings, tastefully decorated. Large balcony. Situated 10 min walk from the main square. Very clean. Zabka in the corner of the building if you needed any essential shopping. Very quiet.

TV alarm went off at 2.45am on our first night and couldn't find a way to turn off, so I just had to pull the plug out. Also, one evening, someone got into the building looking to rent a room and knocked on our door. We had to explain that reception was only covered early in the day, which he was unhappy with, was very worrying that he'd just got in when the door can only be opened with a code or key card.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The balcony was fantastic and we enjoyed the breakfast there and a afternoon pree dinner drink. The apartment was remote and silent. The bed in the sleeping room was good and comfortable.

Unfortunately the sofabed in the livingroom was not suited for two adults, as it was too narrow. It was also not a good bed for comfortable sleeping. This apartment only suites 3 adults or two adults and two smaller kids

This was a spacious, classy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood that was within walking distance of both the train station and the old town. The small grocery store next door was handy..

This accommodation is located in the central area of Krakow just north of the old town. That area has criss-crossing trams and busses going almost everywhere but, unusually, Belle Epoque wasn't particularly close to any public-transport stop. So, you get an abundance of quiet and a very pleasant stay, but you have to walk a bit more.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the older smart TVs in the rooms could be updated to newer models. This small change would enhance the overall guest experience.

The property has lots of charm and character, and that made our time in Krakow feel very special, as opposed to a boring hotel experience. Everything was clean, our apartment was spacious, and the zabka right downstairs made things super convenient. Front desk staff was rarely there, but it wasn’t a problem- we were promptly helped whenever we needed something.

If you are warm-natured or the weather is hot, note that in our unit there was an AC in the main living area but not in the bedroom. Even with bedroom windows open and the door open, it got a bit stuffy in there.

The place was excellent. Beautiful facilities in renovated historic building, clean and very spacious rooms, all necessary kitchen facilities, very comfy bed. Check-in was very easy. There is a reception at the hotel where we could get the key. An administrator helped us with the suitcases as our room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Location is super central on a beautiful and quiet street. Strongly recommend.

While it was fine for us to go up and down 4th floor, it might be a challenge for some people. Just flagging this out. We couldnt find iron in the room, would be nice to have it but probably we could have gotten it from the reception (never checked).

Absolutely loved my stay here! So spacious, clean and tidy. Great kitchen facilities which included dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee/sugar sachets,cups etc. Living room had a couch, two chairs and a TV. Bathroom was perfect which included a walk in shower, hairdryer, towels, shower gel and hand soap (Also included toilet rolls). Bedroom included drawers/ wardrobe and beds were comfortable and had a thick duvet and blanket. Apartment comes with heating and air conditioning. Balcony was lovely and spacious. Doors are big and secure. Main door doesn’t open without a card key or PIN number which is also comforting. There is also a shop next door which is great. Location is good, 10 min walk from Main square and 2 min Uber/Taxi drive. Overall loved our stay and would definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay! :)

Spacious, fresh, and clean with great access to local culture and night life aswell as daytime touring. Breakfast was a feast and shop in same building for any essentials needed

I didn't book a longer stay. There is lots I would have done if I did 4 day break at least is a must Golf buggy tour Salt mine Evening cruise Tour of the museums Cosmo games And a great shisha bar if you like that 😀

The apartment was fab - spacious, atmospheric - and had all the amenities you could want on a holiday. The location was excellent - only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main square, but in a quiet area so much easier to sleep lol. Was very handy to have a convenience store a couple of doors down so we could get coffee, milk, wine (all the essentials of a great holiday lol). All of this at a very reasonable cost. We would both happily go again.

Location was perfect, close to main square and the Galleria. Handy shop next door. Nice quiet street, no noise outside.

Small bit of milk in the apartment would be nice, just enough to make a coffee when you arrive. We had very noisy neighbours on one of the nights, they had friends in their apartment until about 3 in the morning, and were very noisy. No one on reception at night time to tell them to be quiet .
