Hotel Tobaco Łódź

There was hair dryer in room, small separate towel only to stand on it after shower is wonderful idea. The food at the breakfast buffet was good, variable elements of each day. Room is big and also ceiling is high so it makes nice effect.

But sadly hair dryer wasn't working. And I can notice that hotels are slowly stopping giving you cosmetics like shampoo or body wash, it's only one dispenser in shower. I didn't expect to have room in front of bus and tram stop but it's not that super noisy. All girls at morning buffet were wearing jewelery, had nails done and were without will to live. And little but poor choice of dishes in the restaurant. Also weird amount of light switches in room - there's like 7 or 8 separate light switches.

Nice service, good location with easy access to city senter and all most famus place in Lodz, train and bus in front of hotel. Good and safety parking. Nice service and good hotel history. Clean and very comfortable hotel. Nice design room.

Not a good isolated room, when we was it was Judish trip that was very nosy all the night. Then in early morning they leaving hotel in very nosy way. It nice to have more then only TVP channels.

Absolutely the best breakfast I have ever had! :) Nicely designed room and hotel interior with an interesting history. Staff was amazing and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay traveling just on my own. Location is also quite good, very close to Lodz Kaliska train station, to the city center approximately half an hour on food, but if one doesn't want to walk or take public transportation, Bolt is working really well through the app too. There is a small sauna and fitness room, which guests can reserve for a certain hour, so privacy is ensured. The only thing I could have used would be a fridge in the room. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant and I can certainly recommend.

Very close to Atlas Arena (perfect if you're going to a concert or event there), walking distance to the Zoo/Orientation and Piotrkowska street. Quiet, friendly, nic. Very nice breakfast, great coffee

The towels we had in our room were torn and worn our (quite shocked to see them, though to the hotel's defence - it was sold our the previous night). The restaurant was closed due to a private event.

Ms. Magdalena was a very friendly, down to earth receptionist, very helpful. I also like the fact that there is so much effort to help the Ukrainian families there. And the bookstore in the hotel idea is brilliant!

The hotel itself is very nice downstairs (and I'm assuming that in other rooms as well) however, our room (216) was not that pleasant. The window is tiny, because it's on the top of the building and the rooftop one is the main.

Comfy bed

Everything in toilets is in dispensers. Toilet paper, soap, etc. You don't see how much product is inside, and they are mostly all woobly, and for me, it's not hygienic either. Plus, the sink in the toilet is ridiculously small.

It's near the arena so the best location if you're there to watch a concert. Didn't mind the walk to the very centre Street either as it was a nice walk. there is also public transportation. restaurant food was good

Nice cozy atmosphere, a fantastic breakfast buffet, room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped. Free parking.

Access to parking place was a challenge. Missed out the right gate, and at the second gate there was a sign: Entrance at next gate, which should read, gate at the right, or with an arrow.

The double bed was right against a wall sorry getting in and out on oneside was a bit difficult.

The hotel is located in an old tobacco factory complex so the area is interesting anyway. Before making the booking I read comments that the rooms are small - I must admit that I was even hesitating. But the size of the room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, with a lot of daylight (the windows are big). The room was very cosy. I absolutely recommend it.
