Great hotel location. Very close to the main street and shopping center. We liked the possibility to park our car in the hotel car park for free. Although the hotel is in the very center of the city, the room was very quiet. The room had everything you needed, even a kettle, cups and tea bags.

The cleanliness in the bathroom is a bit lacking, traces of lime are noticeable, unclean surface around the TV. The mattress is a little too firm for our taste, but that's a very personal thing and these are minor things. We liked it and it met our expectations.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was awsome and very relaxing. The bathroom was big and very good. The location was very nice, behind the main square. The Wi-Fi was great, although I had to rejoin it everytime I was back at the hotel. The AC in the room was very good, it only needed a few minutes to warm the room. Friendly staff. Totally recommend this hotel. It is very good and value for money.

Everything was perfect. There is no need to change anything. The only thing I regret is that I stayed only for a couple of nights. Very nice hotel, I totally recommend it.

Comfortable bed, the room has a nice size, super clean, nice in general. Breakfast was also really nice and at a good price.

The bed had a really hot cover which was too much for the summer weather. I had to remove the cover and stayed only with the duvet but that was too cold. So my first night wasn't too comfortable. I asked for a lighter blanket but they didn't have one eventually I got a second duvet cover which worked nicely.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room large, comfortable and up to standard. Clothes hangers in sufficient quantity. Very clean both in room and bathroom. Tasty breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Well above expectations. Good location of the hotel. I will choose this hotel again on my next stay in Lodz.

I missed a kettle in the room. It is true that you can get hot water at the reception but this requires leaving the room.

Fantastic location. Everything you need is within five minute walking distance. Also the air conditioning REALLY WORKS!

Location has also some downsides. Remember the scene in Blues Brothers, where the the trains go so often that you won't notice them? Well, this the same, but with trams after 7am. At least when your window is facing the small park between the buildings. Lack of fridge is a minor shortage of equipment. But they sell chilled soft drinks downstairs for fairly decent prices.

We needed a good simple hotel for our little stay in Lodz, and this provided that. Basic enough, but that's what we were expecting, the staff spoke English considerably better than we speak Polish, so that made everything easy for us. We found it quite well located for our stay, Lodz isn't a massive place anyway, but this was close enough to the hotel, and we could walk everywhere from it during our stay.

excellent location, the room was clean and the cleaning staff very nice. The price is very good for the quality and location.

Room 312 was a bit noisy in the morning. We had to ask for a toilet paper and the towels were very thin so we couldn’t really use them more then once as there was nowhere to dry them and the shower leaked so the floor mat got wet every time. This is not a criticism as such and more as a room for improvement and cost saving ideas long term.

Great location. Central air conditioning a huge plus. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Elevator. Code instead of key for room entry.

The WiFi is very poor. They have three networks and only one of them worked, even after I informed the staff they never fixed it. And it barely worked in my room. Big bummer. Also the parking lot is way too small and I was left with no place to park, but luckily they were nice enough to let me park beside the building where there is normally no parking allowed.

Both the front desk staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice with a good range of dishes and plenty to eat. The hotel was kept clean and tidy. The soundproofing in the room was great, we weren't disturbed with noise from inside the hotel or outside. Good value for money for this level of hotel. Would recommend.

Small technical issue with the shower door leaking, but soon fixed. No complaints.

Hotel was great quality for the price, located right next to Pietrkowska street. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a tram and a bus stop right in front. Breakfast was adequate, if a bit expensive.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. There is one flat pillow per bed. For a short stay it was okay, but for a longer visit I'd look at other options.
