awesome location, breakfast buffet was also very good. Overall, a very good experience. I stayed for a week and will definitely come back next time I am in town.

There are just two lifts in the buildings, so at times had to wait for the lift as you would wait for a bus. It can be hard to get an uber to the property. It is a fairly new establishment and often uber drivers pull out at the closest taxi rank.

Beds are super hard. Pillows feel like empty. in general it wasn’t very comfy to sleep. You can’t open windows. So if you need fresh air it might be an issue. Parking: hotel parking was busy, so they suggested us to use another parking in the same building. The problem is that you can’t get to the parking by elevator. You need to exit hotel and work around 20m. It might not be very convenient if you have have luggage. Considering that it’s a city center, not very convenient parking is definitely better than without parking at all 😂. Parking cost 60zl per day.

The hotel lies next to Piotrkowska ulica, which is a very long street with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is also located next to a tramway hub. The rooms are large and equipped with a small sofa. The breakfast is quite good. We even ate dinner at the hotel, which was delicious.

You cannot open the windows, which could be a drawback for some guests. There is some noise from the tram station in front of the hotel.

Hotel is located in the very center of the city, just at the start of the main walking street of Lodz. Everything was of high standard. Clean, quite, comfortable. Good breakfast. Endless amount of restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Convenient underground parking.

WiFi was not of the expected speed. I preferred to use my LTE and share internet for laptop. Not a problem for me, but could be for someone without a local sim.

We do like the Hampton by Hilton hotels and when possible, trying to choose them when traveling. The hotel was cosy, comfortable, clean. The "postcard on the wall" is a cool touch.

The room was a bit small (traveling 2+1). The breakfast was a bit disappointing comparing to other hotels from this chain. We were really impressed by Hampton by Hilton in Berlin, the breakfast is really wow there. Here the selection was a bit poor. Still nice to have the waffle maker though ;)

The front staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I really enjoyed the breakfast option and everyone had a smile. The facility was clean and the parking convenient. The best part was the location. Bars, restaurants and public transpiration was meters away. A great place to stay.

The bar prices were a bit higher given that locals bars provide similar services at a lower cost. I guess you pay for the convenience

Very centraly located. Perfect both for longer and for shorter stays. Very rich breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold options. The room was not too big but nicely decorated and sufficient for two of us for the one-night stay.

The underground parking was full as we arrived so we had to park our car just outside the hotel. However, free of charge.

We loved the hotel! Brand new, super clean, right in the centre of the city.Outside the hotel there is a tram stop and you can go anywhere. It is next to the central street where you can go shopping, for lunch or dinner. The hotel is very well, modern decorated. The staff is polite and helpful.

The breakfast could have a bigger variety but still it was very good.

Smiling and very helpful crew! Breakfast was very tasty. Toasts and waffles makers were something unusual and you can find it in this hotel. Comfy beds, rain shower, bathroom toiletries on the A plus side.

The thing I did not like were juice vending machines. Juice they produced tasted very artificial.

Very practical hotel and wheelchair accessible. Great location. Transport and shops very close!

It is unfortunate that many hotels decide to provide only adapted/wheelchair accessible rooms with double beds. It is often uncomfortable to have to sleep on the same bed with your personal assistant. It is another example of discrimination against disabled customers.
