Not all rooms had air conditioning. Worth paying extra for. It is a busy pedestrianised street below, so some noise on forward facing rooms when the windows are opened Likewise not all rooms had tea/coffee making facilities. Also worth paying extra for.

Breakfast was really tasty with a good selection of meats, cheeses, hot food, cereals and drinks. The room was really clean which made me feel comfortable and happy! The deluxe room had a great view of the town centre. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly! Thank you 😊

Tea and coffee facilities only come with the deluxe room which you have to pay extra for. No mini bar available in the room either.

I come here about 3 times a year for around 10 days each to visit relatives. The location is terrific, close to some of the better pubs and restaurants and also close to the tram/train station. The rooms are modern & clean. Service is very good. Price is surprisingly cheap for its location. Very satisfied, always.

The Hotel Centrum Sosnowiec has excellent localization, luxuries rooms and the most friendly helpful and professional staff. That was absolutely pleasurable stay. We would be definitely back again. Thank you very much.

The staff is fantastic! Very helpful, caring and friendly. The food is to die for. Excellent choice for breakfast and excellent quality restaurant for lunches/dinners. Big comfortable beds and central location. We will definitely be back.

Girls at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely nice. Very helpful! The room I originally got was by the elevator, which for a light sleeper like myself isn’t ideal. They switched my room right away. I slept like a baby for the two nights I stayed at the hotel.

I chose this hotel primary for the location near the train station and the convenient tram stop. the breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly.

the hotel was overpriced, the shower had hardly any pressure and I had to ask for a kettle. For this price one would expect a kettle and a supply of some teas, coffee and snacks. On Saturday breakfast was served from 8am so I had to settle for a packed breakfast which was a very poor value for the money I paid for it. Also 2pm is too late for registration in the hotel. Asking extra 50zl for earlier registration put me off completely.

Location is very comfortable, everyone is friendly and helpful, meals are extremely tasteful.

It was extremely loud in the room in the night despite the windows were closed. There were no fridge and no kettle in the room. But hotel service gave us a kettle and some tea bags.

For the price you pay and what you get this is a full 10 points small cosy hotel in the heart of the town! A big plus was the excellent restaurant which was a part of the business! We had a great dinner and a good breakfast! And our little dog was also very much welcome!

We enjoyed our five nights in Hotel Centrum. It is probably the best place to stay for a family because of its location, general comfort and quietness. Staff was also super friendly and kind. We'll return next year for sure.
