Breakfast is tasty and varied. Much better than usual continental breakfasts. Room and bathroom were clean and well equipped.

The thin walls, especially in a room close to the reception where somebody was talking for hours in one of the evenings/nights made it a little hard to fell asleep and I believe this aspect could be improved.

Location was very convenient for Katowice sightseeing. Girls in reception were polite and helpful. Free parking, dog stay allowed. Room was freshly renovated, good size, bathroom and shower cabin also were spacious. Room had balcony. Perfect for budget overnight stay.

Trams run on the street, so you'll need earplugs for good night's sleep. Hotel's common areas need refurbishment. Breakfast is solid, but sweet options and fruits were only a couple.

A nice hotel around a 3/4 of a mile from the centre of the city. Parking is to the front and side of the hotel and free. Breakfast was the best of our tour by a long way. Our room was well finished and had a balcony overlooking the city.

Nothing to do with the hotel, The pavements around the area, at the time of our visit were under repair and not easy to walk into town. You can catch the tram into the city but you need to walk to town to buy a ticket. Buy a few tickets and validate them as you need them.

Public transportation by tram to railway station and bus station is just in front of the hotel. Only 3 to 4 stops with 4 lines. From airport by AP bus, some 10 minutes walk from first bus stop. Great breakfast.

The noise made by trams especially at night. But I got used to it.

Hotel is in the good location near the city centre. There is good breakfast in the hotel from 7 to 10. Hotel price/quality is ok.

It is near the road with the trams, so you can hear noise from the street also at night.In order to clean you should use dnd card, anotherwise nobody will clean your room. Also, there is no frindge in the room, but you can ask them to put in the general frindge on the reception.

I like reception. Reception staff is good. If you need to ask anything they are very polite and helpful. I visited secound time and i will come again. Thankyou

They can add In breakfast something more like pizza or something International food some veggies food. In breakfast not more options.

The best price/performance ever experienced. If you need just a stay for a night and prefer to save money, this hotel is the winner. Rationally equipped rooms, parking, and a good breakfast.

If I wanted a better bed or more freshness in the looks, I would have to pay more. So I'm ok with Senator that is true, honest and friendly. Reminds the of Poland as it used to be. And it's totally ok.

The hotel is very close to the centre and major attractions. The room was very clean, with a modern design and a balcony. There is free parking available at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

good communication in advance; friendly and flexible when questions arose about what I had been told regarding dogs in the breakfast room. Front desk staff treated my little puppy like their own. Breakfast abundant and tasty.

next time I will ask for a higher floor, a bit noisy from the lobby on the ground floor and the balcony has no view at all.

Size of the room was good, free parking place, nice breakfast, balcony, 15 mins walking to the centre.

It was so loud from the street that it was difficult to sleep. Bathroom was full of someones hair.
