I've used Best Western on many occasions this one of the best, All Facilities work and Checking in and out Easy, I arrived by Train and took a Taxi to the hotel 20zl. After this and getting oriented its an easy 20 minutes walk. Close to lakes and busy areas it's an ideally Situated. Everyone was very friendly and Families with young children will like it. , Fresh water and Coffee and tea when Rooms are made up, A/C is Very good. Special mention for Restaurant and Bar, Breakfast was great with Plenty of choice with a Play area for the kids , The Food on the menu at Night was Amazing and Staff were Excellent, Food was of the highest quality and Very reasonable price. Thanks for a lovely Stay.

I like everything in a hotel and it’s in the centre of town good location. Breakfast is amazing 🤩 I will recommend this hotel to my friends and back in a future, the room was nice and I feel very comfortable. Thank you for staff and manager who is swap my room.

I wasn’t happy because the room I book should be a double bed premium but I received a room with two single bed as I was just myself and don’t need a two bed. I ask for a room with double bed and manager swap it for me with no problem. I want you to make sure you given a staff meeting about locate a people as they not check it properly and allocate me with a room I never book. Very disappointed for a start but later on I was happy as I feel very comfortable in the room and enjoying my stay at this hotel

Nice, renovated room, very clean, comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast with good choice.

It was very cold in the room on arrival and first night because heating was off in the room and we must find ourselves how to turn on the heating, personal didn’t helped. We got larger extra payments than expected: 20PLN/ day parking fee, 50PLN/day for dog. Restaurant was not working in evenings.

The location is very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully designed but impractical. We were a group of four people and had the junior suite. Those of us who slept on the sofa bed said it was very uncomfortable. Moreover, there was no space for clothes and stuff of four people in the room, and not enough space for hanging four towels. The shower door makes terrible noise.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Good breakfast as usual in Poland. Location is perfect for those who want to explore old town. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

No minibar, old elevator, charging for our small dog / and car parking in the yard.

I am not sure why there was a written note left on a mirror in Polish '' Have a nice stay''. I do realize it's a good will gesture, but why would you paint the mirror after cleaning the rooms. Maybe it's just me who does not seem it appealing.

Nice and big room. Standard chain hotel room.

Bathroom was not very clean. Handholder was missing in inside of the shower cubicle. Radiators started keep hacking noice in night, was fixed by adjusting thermostate couple of times.

Everything was just excellent. A little surprise- parking infront of hotel - payment 30 zlt/24 hours. In closed garage- 40 zlt/24 hours. But nice girl in reception gave us 50% discount

Everything is fine with this hotel. Perfect location, staff polite and chill, rooms are perfect for this price.

Parking could be free for guests, that's a fact. Buy some toaster for breakfast, it will make huge difference.
