We liked the location, the room, and the people who worked there. The property was very clean and breakfasts were delicious. It was very close to the Old Town. Bathroom was very specious and clean as well. Over all the whole property was beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay there.

We loved everything except for the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. The design is horrible and absolutely not user friendly regardless of the age. It was extremely hard to dispense the soap, and if I was not there to help my elderly mother, she would not be able to use it and would be forced to go and buy a regular soap and shampoo. If not for the soap dispenser, this stay would be a 10/10.

Very good location, the Old Town is just around the corner. Rooms are big, fully carpeted, very clean. The hotel has a small spa with two saunas and a jacuzzi (jacuzzi was broken, unfortunately) for free, only you need to ask about it. Breakfast was very good, at least for us, one of the better ones.

We were unlucky to choose the hottest day in summer to stay (35°C outside) and the hotel has no air conditioner. The room was quite uncomfortably hot. It had an air blower but it did not do much. The parking lot isn't free and the hotel does not book for it. Luckily there are plenty of parking lots around. Only I would have appreciated some information about it after booking since parking a car can be a problem in the town center.

. The only things that we could complain about is the quilts, which we had 2 singles on double beds? And the smell of the hotel is self was a little off putting. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

-it was too cold in the restaurant during the breakfast, not nice at all, don't understsand why such a cold a/c was put on, when it was in the morning -there was loud music playing in the restaurant during the breakfast, which was disturbing

The hotel is quite responsive and was able to help and support to resolve any identified issues. The staffs are very helpful and approachable. The room was clean and the breakfast is fairly ok. The freshly cooked scrambbled egg is nice and the location of the hotel is very good. It is walking distance to the old town, cinema and shopping center. It is located near a nice park and has silent peaceful ambiance.

The hotel has no air handling air conditioned unit which can be a bit challenging during extreme hot weather. Although in Poland it is not common to exceed more than 40C. A good air cooling system can give a much more comfortable sleep during summer. Summer is usually peak season so it might be good to invest in aircondition units. The stay was fairly ok in terms of weather condition.

Very good location, just a few minutes on feet from the old town/city centre. Good and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Tasty breakfast.

Big room, comfortable bed, clean, silent room

We had window to the terrace with neighbours coming there directly from their room for smoking. Because of that we kept curtains closed all day.

Location was great. Rooms large and comfortable.
