Excellent location, super restaurant downstairs with very tasty food and big portions, the hotel has a character and part of historical building. Olsztyn is a beautiful place, plenty things to do around- nature, philharmonic theatre, puppets theatre, museums ( very good was museum of Warmia and Masuria), busy night life. The hotel has a 24 hours reception desk…. Recommend….

The hotel has several floors but no elevator ( for someone it could be a problem) . I wish rooms have a kettle, not to go to reception for a cup of tea…..

I came here late at night after train delays. The receptionist was very helpful and let me lock my bike up in the entrance hall. Its location is fantastic and the rooms have been given a classic feel. It’s brilliant for the price but it could be outstanding with a bit more attention to detail.

There was a drains smell on the bathroom. Some of the wall fittings were loose and the floor was a bit broken.

I really liked the location. This hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town. There are many pubs and restaurants near the hotel. There is deli very close to this hotel where you can buy a bread,milk and other stuff -just 5 minutes walking distance.

It was slightly noisy at night.

Everything great, they also have gym which I visited. But they need to spend more time with cleaning beds, adding toilet paper, soap for hands and repair and clean the gym too. The place is pretty dark so it's easy to get into sleepy mood.

I had a clean comfy room to myself in the city center, so that was very nice :)

The shower was a bit clogged, and the toilet stall is tiny, but everything was clean, so can't complain much There was also a slightly weird smell in my room, but I'm oversensitive to smells, so it might not be an issue for most

very good location, nearby one can drink a good pint of guiness; very good and not expensive breakfast downstairs, but only at eight o' clock (I would wish earlier sometimes)

The matrace was a little too soft; there was no single room with bathroom left, so I had to take the more expensive double room.

My sheet was changed at request. Luggage storage at reception.

Much foreign hair in the room and bed. Dirty sheet, it looked used, as if it hadn't been changed. Unclean floor.

The area very central easy to find. Bed was good., and place clean.

Not a hostel but a hotel, just a room, nothing else, such as kettle etc to make a hot drink. Fellow on reception not helpful at all when I asked about getting a hot drink he said restaurant.

The location is just perfect! The lady at the reception was very kind - I asked for the very late check-in and she was waiting for me. Great service and location!

Location and corridor interior fit with the monument gate next to it, it gives special character to the place.

There was a vaseline/lipstic print on a glass probided (could not use it) and the chair could be hovered before new guest checks in.
