Perfect location, just in front of main entrance to Warsaw Chopin airport.

Very hot, 27 degrees in room, and you can't reduce the heat, windows are not opened. We always sleep with open window at winter time with fresh cool atmosphere, so sleeping at this hotel was a nightmare for us.

Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, good temperature, convenient, next to the airport and 25 min to old town, excellent value for money.

The ATM from Euronet placed in the hotel premises confiscated my card for no reason in a rush moment when I had to pay cash for the taxi. Very unpleasant moment and in my view Marriott holds part of the responsibility. They should protect their customers and not work with unreliable partners. I used Euronet because it was in the hotel next to reception, to me it was like a confirmation from Marriott that Euronet is reliable. Well, is not, stay away from Euronet. Otherwise perfect 4 nights stay.

Room very comfortable, staff informative and attentive. The hotel is clean and the fixtures are to very high standard. Inside the room an Iron is available and toiletries with plenty of towels. The bed is comfortable and a large TV. The lifts are quick and efficient. In the morning there is a breakfast with a lot of items available. The location is really good for the airport and very handy in the case of an early morning flight or late arrival.

Although the breakfast presentation is huge there wasn't much to cater for the likes of UK travellers, no meat available other than hotdog style sausage which wasn't nice. The drinks at the bar were expensive compared with other locations in Warsaw, suspect this is a location premium.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience my husband and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. The convenience of our stay was truly exceptional. Being able to extend our check-out time by a few hours provided us with the rest and relaxation we needed, making our visit even more enjoyable. This level of flexibility is greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I must commend your hotel on its overall convenience, well-designed rooms, and, most importantly, the incredible hospitality of your check-in team. They were exceptionally helpful and warmly welcoming.

Due to the late arrival of her flight from Lisbon to Frankfort, my wife missed the connecting flight to Warsaw. I do not want to enter into details of her ordeal over there, but finally, her flight to Warsaw was rebooked for the following day. Hence, she missed her night's stay at your hotel. She arrived at 9:30 a.m. in Warsaw and went directly to the reception where she was met with a smile and kindly allowed to stay in her room until 13:00 just to have a short rest before continuing her trip back to Kyiv by bus from the airport.

Location ideal directly across the street from Warsaw Airport. Hotel deco and design wonderful and very beautiful. The standard room was adequate size with very comfortable bed and nice view of end of terminal and. Jews of airplane take off and landing. Bathroom not crowded with a good shower. The restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. Spoke excellent English and were always helpful and efficient. The TV was excellent with many English speaking channels, HBO, CNN international news, and BBC world news. This was perfect.

The room temperature would be blowing very cold AC, and then after trying to adjust it was way too warm. It didn’t seem to care about the temperature controls on the thermostat.

It was my first time to Poland. I had 23 hours stopover. I was afraid to step out of Airport as I didn't have internet nor a local sim card for calling. The hotel was conveniently located to walk there. I didn't had internet at the airport, I was not able to book a hotel or uber anywhere. However, as soon as I step in the front desk did assist me to and offer me the room rate. I have worked with Marriott Hotels and Resort including the Corporate in Americas for 5 years. I was so proud to see the same welcoming. Absolutely, one of my best experience and value of money for what I was offered. The one who checked me in was a trainee and was absolutely humble and polite when I mentioned I worked with Marriott sharing he can do anything to improve my check in process. From the entrance to my room the hotel was spotless. Amazed how clean and detailed everything was including my room bed presentation was very detailed and sharp. I celebrated my Christmas day there feeling absolutely blissful Home away from Home. The front desk also assisted me to get someone who will drop me safely to downtown to see the lights knowing that I didn't had internet once I step out of the hotel.

Only one thing I would say, I understand how reservations works and rates too. I was offered a rate of $10 higher than what Booking.com offered, and it would be nice if the staff would accommodate as regardless your will end up paying the 3rd party and the hotel didn't seem to have full occupancy. I did end up booking online to get my discounted rate and it showed up on system right after.

The hotel staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Also very attentive to all your needs and quick to assist with any of the orders or request. Amazing service, truly grateful for being able to experience a proper 5 star 🌟 comfort.

If there is anything, that would be the Air conditioning. The controler is oversimplified which makes it confusing and the AC takes forever to adjust the temperature of the room.

The location is very convenient - across the WAW airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The most amazing thing is the breakfast - I would say truly exceptional choice. Whatever you would fancy, they had it incl. made to order eggs/omlets and seasonal dishes (we visited during Christmas time and hotel served typical Christmas dishes).

The only thing I did not like is the evening/night shift staff that welcomed us upon arrival. The man addressed us by "you" vs. "You". In polish language, it's a massive difference in the way you are treated. The morning staff did not do that so could have been an isolated case.

I came to Warsaw for a business meeting and stayed in this hotel to head to the center in the morning. Actually, the best choice I've made. The bed and pillow were extremely comfy, personnel was super-friendly and spoke English and the breakfast was superb. Located 200 metres away from the terminal building, so you can leave your luggage and collect before your flight. Bolt/Uber to Central Warsaw cost £7-9 and it takes about 15-20 minutes only.

Being in the vicinity of the airport adds some kerosene smell during the night, but it was the least evil when balancing against the benefits.
