Great hotel with very helpful staff. I received a free upgrade. The room was very nice, clean and quite big. There was a proper coffee machine in the room. Room service was delicious, maybe the portion size was a little too small but overall very good. There is free street parking close by.

My only criticism would be that the bed didn't breath at all. I didn't check but I think there is a plastic wrapping on the mattress. It sounded like it. Any body part that was touching the mattress was sweating even though the room was very cool and I don't tend to sweat much.

Room quality is Top. comparable to most premium hotels. bathroom is also well buit and very spacious. I had a room with bathroom size similar to room. brealfast options include healthy dishes. also many vegan and asian high end dinning out places, because hotel is located out of center in the newly built premium developmen near airport. underground safe parking for motorcycle!!!

maybe for this quality i would expect it to be closer to the downtown or business district.

A Delightful Stay at Hotel Focus Premium Warzhawa I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Focus Premium Warzhawa during a trip to Warsaw, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long 12 hours bus trip. The breakfast was a delightful surprise. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, willing to assist with any requests. According to the information on the “booking” site the hotel has shuttle service from/to the Warsaw Chopin airport. Unfortunately there was no such service provided. Upon arrival we called the reception and the reception ordered a taxi for us or said so, but in the end after several calls we got the taxi ourselves (costs: 35 PLN). By the departure we ordered a taxi again - 2 hours before check-out but we had to wait 25 min. Obviously the receptionist has forgotten to order one - as the explanation she pointed out the weather conditions are to blame for the taxi being late.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located close to the airport. The rooms were nice. View from our 11th floor room was beautiful. We were upgraded to a room with free mini bar upon check in. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Overall, a very nice stay!

The bedding was a little lacking. For the beautiful hotel, the bedding was plain, sparse and underwhelming. Only two pillows and two single blankets on a queen size bed. I would have expected a little nicer bedding. The mattress however was very comfortable!

Best thing is the dinner in the restaurant: perfect food, nice menu choice, excellent service, all thumbs up. Breakfast is also not bad. Definitely will come back to this hotel on the way through Poland.

The staff quite not experienced. They gave the wrong type of room, the changed room was even worse quality wise (no bathrobes, top narrow beds). There is some space to improve in comparison with other 4 star hotels in Warsaw, particularly the ones, belonging to some international chains.

Everything was very fine: good location close to airport, awesome hotel design, luxury and cozy room, stylish bathroom, great view to modern Mokotow with delicious coffee in the room, professional helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast, close to big shopping center, good ratio quality and price

Asymmetrical lighting of the mirror in the stylish black bathroom is not very comfortable for ladies make-up. But it is definitely not significant in comparison with all benefits )))

Nice modern hotel. Spacious comfortable room, well-equipped, comfortable bed. Nice staff. Has own parking garage. Residential area around gives various options for grocery stores etc.

Noisy. It was noisy both from the outside and from the inside. There was some (seemingly electronic) equipment in the wall right next to my room - and it was extremely noisy and never turned off...

the most comfortable 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in Poland until now, nice breakfast with wide range of options, restaurant quality secured, nice cocktails and food, the whole staffs are well organised and trained, room size, cleanliness, comfortable bed with already sauna clothes and sleepers on it… totally 4 star level

a bit poor roaming experience

The beds were comfortable, a big plus for TV in hotelroom because it supported chromecast. Spacious shower and overall good looking room with bathroom. Hotel gym could have more equipment but it is more than enough for 1 person to have a good training. Hotel breakfast was nice aswell.

I could see some hair left by cleaning service, besides of that everything was fine.
