Cozy and clean, delicious breakfast, guys at the reception very attentive and friendly

The girl at the reception offered to speak to us on russian after seeing the Ukrainian passports(( it was very inappropriate! If you don't speak English, you can speak Polish, Ukrainians will understand you perfectly

everything is new, clean and stylish

spa center wasn’t working while we were there and breakfast is quite expensive

Modern design from spa to rooms, exceptionally helpful young staff, fingerlickin' good kitchen, breakfast so diverse and tasty like at best party receptions. Hotel is and looks new. This means - silent aircon in the room, acoustic doors, "elevator music" even in corridors! This is my 15th trip this year. The best 4* hotel so far. Thanks to all the staff.

Probably location could be an issue if I would need to go by foot. For a car travel or airport stay it's great.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel during my trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentative, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The room was nicely designed with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The hotel's facilities were impressive, including a beautiful pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a variety of dining options (local and international cuisine). The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions or shopping. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Spa services were limited/no facial

The location is good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel and the nearest tram stop is about a five minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Our rooms had wet rooms and a safe and tea and coffee facilities. The food in the restaurant is very good quality and reasonably priced. The cocktails were delicious! It took about 20 minutes on the tram to get to the Old Town Square.

There was no information about local visitors sites in reception. I think the hotel could put an information pack in each room regarding public transport. There is a bus stop and tram stop relatively near the hotel, but we had to look up which services went to certain locations. If a map of that sort, together with time tables and how to purchase tickets was in the room it would have made our trip easier.

The place is new, very well thought out. There is a lot of different light in the room, amazing sound isolation. The breakfast was good. Playground for the kids, SPA. The bed was very comfortable and an extra bed is an actual bed (looks the same as the main one) and they even provide extra mattress if you need it, so it's the same height as the main bed. Parking both outside and underground are not lot large, but there were not a lot of cars, so worked out perfectly for us.

I've ordered Deluxe Double room and added an extra bed during checkout, but was later informed by message that it is not possible to put an extra bed in that type of room, but there is a sofa bed. During checkout I've been informed that we've been upgraded to some other room type, but it seems extra bed request got forgotten. It got sorted out and in about 20 minutes an extra bed was in our room, but still was a bit of a hassle. And the room with extra bed was very small, almost no place to walk. The SPA was way overcrowded.

Reception service was bad. We did not checkout yet but were transfering luggage to the car in parking and cleaning team already opened our room and one of the staff member brought my purse(that had passports etc) to us in the parking lot saying you forgot it. I explained the receptionist that we have not checked out yet and still have 1.5 hour time to checkout please ask the staff to not take out our stuff. She said ok. But when we went back to room. Our luggauge was places in front of door and everything was in cleaning process.we had to leave immediately bec of this.

-Great location, easy to get from the centre and not far from the airport; - Great and cozy room, clean snd spotless, had air conditioner 👍🏻 -Soft and comfy bed -friendly staff Nice spa downstairs with the little gym and great swimming pool to swim! Enjoyed it a lot! For me it was a priority. It also had a sauna. And the spa had the beauty treatments and massages which I am definitely going to try next time I come!

One downsize I found is the shower room had low boarders and i had a problem with the water pouring over on the bathroom floor which was annoying as I couldn’t use it for a longer time. And had to mop the floor.

I loved my stay here! although it’s a bit far out of the Center, you can get there in 15 minutes and it was faster than expected. It’s very modern, stylish, and had a huge shower. Comfy clean beds too. The pool is very beautiful, although it’s hard to get a chair sometimes.

Sauna wasn’t very hot and there weren’t instructions in English how to use it. The bathrobes were too small for us, making them bigger so they are comfortable for everyone would be a good idea. But minor things, overall we really enjoyed it.

Amazing stay!!! The room & bed were comfortable and clean. Food at Restaurant: from room service to breakfast- really good! The staff was the highlight, in every interaction they were very friendly! Definitely looking forward to coming back 😎

We could not use the swimming pool, as there so many children playing there for few hours. So it was splashing and screaming, which was not very aligned with the wellness ambience. Maybe having special hours or rules would help to keep the environment friendly for everyone.
