The pillows were not good. I got a pain in my neck and shoulder area. The food servers in the restaurant downstairs were very slow. They did not check on me to see if everything was OK either. I had to go to the bar to ask for my bill as nobody approached my table.

five friends in two rooms, we had great time, the hotel is perfectly located, very quiet, rooms are so clean, good air condition, Free water bottles every day. fast and clean elevators, very very good breakfast, so much variety, fresh food and delicious, tasty omelettes by request. Air crews stay in the hotel - so i guess they know where to stay... we had to leave early so front desk arranges us (by request) a bag with breakfast and drinks. got cake for my birthday on the day of arrival, very good hotel - I'll definitely come again. the gym and sauna looked good - but we didn't use. Very large comfortable room with excellent facilities. The hotel was reasonably central for our weekend away.

I felt the cost of the breakfast was a little high considering how reasonable the room cost was.

My stay at The Westin Warsaw was fantastic. The hotel's location was superb, with many attractions, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I was impressed with the room's spaciousness and comfort level. The fitness center was sizeable and included a lovely sauna. The breakfast menu had a variety of delicious options. The service was exceptional, and the hotel was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel due to its excellent location and amenities.

There was a loose socket for the iron in the corner room, which was a minor issue. In addition, the reading lights located above the bed were non-functional.

Awesome location - all attractions within walking distance. Good breakfast (very tasty coffee). If you take a room with parking, then it is opposite the hotel in a small building, but very spacious and empty (the SUV car parks without problems, which is a problem in other hotels in the neighborhood).

The hotel was opened, if I'm not mistaken, in 2003 and needs a little renovation (materials and furniture in the room are no longer up to date and look old). Please, put a normal door in the bathroom, removing the door which is from the two halveswith a gap between them. We did not like the hardness of the bed, but this can only be our subjective opinion.

I really loved the friendly staff who granted our wish to see the view of the highest floor, that was really nice of them. We especially loved the fast elevators and wanted to see how it was going all the way up, very nice that we got to experience it! Loved our stay!

We had to ask the reception where the parking was, which was a grey parking garage door on the other side of the hotel just a few meters before the main entrance. And we also asked if our room has a bath and appearantly every room has, if these info's were writen somewhere we wouldn't have to wonder about them and ask the reception, but the staff in the reception was super friendly, helpful and nice! Hopefully this info helps someone else who wonders about it.

Hotel in located at 15 min away from Central Station, you can take the bus 175 from Chopin Airport (4,40 zloty) and stop at Centrum station after 30 min bus. Hotel is a tall building, more than 15 floors, modern style. Huge hall super clean, 4 desks for check in and staff very kind, available and quick, you get the invoice the day you leave. I got a room at 15th floor, super nice view . Room was about 23 sm, very clean, very big and comfortable king size bed, pillows too fluffy. Huge flat tv with international channels, full mini bar, lock box, 2 wardrobes. Bathroom including both separated bath and shower, clean and with all soaps and shampoos and hot water coming quickly. Temperature in the room was fine, no strange smells and internet connection fast and easy to access. Breakfast was adequate to a 5 stars but not top level, quality of food enough good. Gym is nice, not too big but having all main things you need to have a complete workout. I ordered a dinner with room service and food arrived within the 20 min required for a 5 stars service. I would rate this hotel 8,5/10.

Too fluffy pillows.

perfect for business trips. The personnel is SO supportive, even with non-standard requests. you need a ruler - no problem, need to print a big pack of documents - easy. help with finding a parking place. leaving luggage outside of your stay day. finding the lost toy for a kid - everything. I’m very glad I’ve chosen this hotel. and will stay here again.

be aware that parking in front of the hotel will cost you a lot.
