Everything was great except for the daytime reception staff

The staff is unprofessional, treatment by the staff is not appropriate at all for such an excellent hotel, especially the girl who checked in for me, I had to change the room 3 times in order to get the room that I booked on Booking.com

I felt very comfortable during the time visiting the hotel. The place was cozy, welcoming, also very friendly. The furniture and the paintings in the room were well synchronized in terms of thematic, style and colors. The bedsheets were so white and soft that I wanted to enjoy that state and feeling longer at some point. The night felt reasonably quiet and peaceful. There was free coffee and water bottles that was extremely helpful to have upon my arrival after a 12 hrs bus trip. Moreover, Kathy, the hotel supervisor allowed me to checking 3 hours earlier without additional fees which was super helpful for me. The day I arrived was a rainy day, the hotel visitors had plenty of umbrellas available for use. In general, I enjoy the stay in the hotel very much. It exceeded my expectations for sure. Also, the view from my window was amazing!

On a bigger picture, the minor things such as difficulties using TV remote and a coffee machine wasn’t a big issue for me during my stay there.

Beautiful big room with view. Very clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable but pillows were strange. A/C coped well with the summer heat. Six English language TV channels. Had to re-program remote to get some of them in English. Free apples and lemon juice in the lobby. Helpful staff. Fast lift. We were on the 24th floor . We didn't try the breakfast

Quite a long way from central train station but just walkable distance to Old City. Needs better soundproofing between rooms. We were lucky that we had fairly quiet neighbours.

receptionist were always sleeping & car parking is other side of building it opens if you ring the receptionist and often have to walk to reception & wake her to request for parking gate to be opened that’s causes big q of cars behind you while you walk to hotel & go back to the car! policeman got aggressive with me due to this issue as he thought I just parked on footpath & forgotten about it !

The view from the window is fantastic (we were on the 25th floor). The room has an iron, a small fridge, and a coffee maker. Delicious food for breakfast as well as wonderful lunches in the hotel restaurant. It is close to the central railway station, some tourist spots, and the Norblin Factory(where you can try different cuisines). We arrived at midnight and a lady at the front desk provided information about breakfast and payment, and checked us in very quickly (thaank you <3 )

Loved 22nd floor and view, breakfast was soooooooooo udelicious! Stuff very friendly. Underground parking for our cabrio was the best, but parking is not suitable for very low cars, our got scratched, but nothing was damaged.

If we are staying at 4⭐️ hotel I would love to see television in English or option to watch Netflix or any other international TV app for more chilling evening. Everything on a TV was in polish for tourist it is cool, but would be cooler at least put on engelish or other language subtitles.

The room was very clean and tidy. Workers are all super nice and friendly. The complimentary in-room coffee machine was a welcome touch. I had a satisfying breakfast experience as well. Additionally, I conducted a Zoom meeting during my stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth and reliable hotel WiFi connection. Moreover, for the meeting, I requested a printing service. The service was also great.

Good location, not far from city center. Very good breakfast. Big, comfortable room. Good and various and convenient light in room. 24th floor, some city view available. Good restorans just near hotel. Near hotel entrance rent bicycles point. 50m to shop : Zabka. Staff speak English well. No any difficulties in communication.

Some small fixes are needed. Towels dryer not working. Water sink from shower cabin on flour, seems through some holes.

The location is good, nearby bus stops that connect to other areas of the city , 18 min walk from the central station , there is restaurants and stores near by, the rooms are quite big , clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly.

If your reservation doesn’t include breakfast , the price for breakfast is 80 zl per person, I think is a bit overpriced as the breakfast is a basic buffet , nothing special, the food was a 6/10. So you can also get a breakfast in a nice place outside the hotel for a better price and quality.
