Everything was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was slightly better than what one would expect. The pizza at the restaurant was sublime, one of the best I've had in Poland.

I would recommend they inform guests upon check-in that daily room cleaning is only upon request. The international industry standard, of course, is that cleaning happens daily unless explicitly cancelled by the guest. It's fine to have a no cleaning policy, but since it's the opposite of the industry standard, it should be mentioned upon check-in so guests aren't sitting around wondering why nobody came to clean their room. Also, this level of hotel should have a mini refrigerator in the room, in my opinion (industry standard again).

Somewhat remote location - which was preferable for us, but might not be the case for someone else. Had some issues to notice the entrance to the hotel grounds, but the parking lot is otherwise quite spacious. The highlight of the visit was the swimming pool which was well liked both by adults and the children alike. But beware - even at the most shallow part it's well above 1.3 meters. Although there were some swimming aids available.

We're quite picky eaters and some had to leave breakfast wanting for more. But I don't see that as a disadvantage as it's common in smaller hotels, just don't go expecting a world class cuisine or a wide selection of dishes as in some larger hotel chains.

For ithe price of a proper room in the centre of Warsaw, at least around New Year when we travelled, we now had a proper room, a tasty breakfast included and free access to a great swimming pool of descent size and sauna facilities. Very friendly staff. Spa hotel located in a quiet and green zone about 10 km from Warsaw Central Station / Palace of Culture and Science. The room - for us in the side building 30 metres from the main one - was spacious, although somewhat retro in style which you must like to feel happy. For us it worked. Free parking.

Nice location in the pine wood in quiet district, easy to reach to the city center. Big free car parking on the territory. Good breakfasts with fine choice of food and beverages. Pleasant staff.

Rooms cleaning is the thing to be improved: some hair, dust, stains after previous guests, fungus in the bathroom, absence of slippers (and of course shower robes due to the price, I think), no toiletries - just “all-in-one” soap/gel for shower and another one for sink, AND! its not original (which should make the provider Aqua Senses disappointed) - BB date is past due and inside is not the original product, just filled the branded bottle with smth else. No balconies and air conditioning.

Nice location, the hotel is surrounded by forest, quiet and peaceful, fresh air around - even it's just on the edge of the city. Walking, running, and biking opportunities - Visla River and tracks are within 20-25 min walk. Nice swimming pool and saunas.

Not at all to complain about, just be aware that this is a popular place for weddings so might be crowded on the weekends.

Calm and green (forest) location close to highway - good for travelers. Hotel building emotionally reminded me of40's of XXth century: entrance, greenhouse styled restaurant. Nice and big pool with jacuzzi corner. Comfortable beds👍

Breakfast is quite poor comparing to other hotels of same level Slippery wooden stairs between pool area and spa.

- nice room and bathroom, clean - delicious breakfast - saunas and pool - great reastaurat - tempting menu, great food and reasonable price - fresh bottles of water every day in the room

- room 301 had an error on doors, couldn't lock properly and alarm was constantly turning on making people from other rooms coming out to see whats going on, by reaction of stuff, this error is not new, so about time to fix it - all signs around the hotel are in polish also stuff don't speak properly english - one evening there was a sound of a washing mashine or something similar till midnight

Thank you for a very good time at the hotel. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, we swam in the pool, steamed in the sauna and relaxed in the jacuzzi. The room is nice and spacious. We slept well, the room has soft mattresses and clean bedding.

From the wishes it would be nice to add a mini-fridge to the standard room, to wash the window near the jacuzzi.

Helpful staff, cleanliness of the room, good location among the pine forest, the presence of a swimming pool - all this leaves a pleasant impression of staying at this hotel

Paid parking, although the brochure that lies in the rooms indicates that parking at the hotel is free. Here I felt a little deceived

We had dinner in the restaurant. We liked the food really much (steaks and pizzas were really good, morengo cake also), the staff was great. Breakfast assortiment is smaller, however, very tasty. Also we went to swimming pool and saunas. It was very nice that there was a possibility to order drinks to the sauna area. Really nice jacuzzi and there were trainers/ lifeguards, so it felt safe for the children.

It was a bit difficult to communicate with the administrator (poor English), and they didn't prepare the bed for the children. The Turkish bathhouse wasn't working. There was some kind of smell in the room, not very bad but unpleasant. However, overall everything was good.
