The Room and the place

I recently stayed at this hostel and found the room to be very clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the receptionist's behavior. They did not seem to be very accommodating or friendly towards foreigners, which made me feel unwelcome. As someone who travels often, I believe that all guests should be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their nationality or physical appearance. While the room was satisfactory, the poor receptionist service left a negative impression on my overall experience at the hostel

Very good location for the university of Warsaw. Also not very far from the river and from the old town. The hostel is very clean. It was quiet and everyone behaved very civilized and nice.

If you stay in a room without a private bath/WC it may be a bit tricky as there are no communal toilets/showers on the third floor and not too many on the other floors

Excellent location. Many buses from multiple directions are available just next to the hostel. Very friendly and 24*7 available staff. Fast enough WiFi. I was able to connect with my smartphones and laptop without any slowness. I was able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out without any hassle. The kitchen was very handy. There were some basic utensils available and some groceries too were available for free, like tea, coffee powders and Müsli etc. You can use the groceries from free-for-all basket and leave anything in the same basket, if you want to, while leaving. Bathrooms were spacious and tidy. The couches in the ground floor were relaxing. You can nap there too if you get an empty one. I met a bunch of people in that lobby and had funny, interesting conversations with some students. Room was good enough, with comfy bed, bedside lamps and individual lockers. We never even locked the room TBH. Very reasonable price. I booked 2 days before travelling and got the best deal.

My particular room could've been a bit better. That 4-bed dormitory room was not exactly the same one in pictures. The beds were creaky. Whenever the person on upper bed or lower bed moves or rolls, it was making loud noise. A locker (not mine) didn't work at all.

Staff was extremely friendly and handled problems well. Due to an overbooking, I was placed in a 6 bed dorm instead of a 4 bed dorm, but the staff has contacted booking.com regarding this and arranged a partial refund. I also had an issue connecting to the wifi and staff has also helped me fix this. Bathrooms are nice and clean and even though the hostel was fully booked, there were no issues with crowding in the bathroom.

The beds are not of great quality, they shake with every movement and you can feel the springs under the mattress when you sleep. Water in the shower takes a really long time to warm up.

All in all the hostel is quite cute. It has a very good location, easily reachable in the city, with metro nearby and bus in front of the door. There is free wifi and the bathrooms were clean and working fine. The bed was quite comfortable, though a little squeeky.

I came to Warsaw during an unusual heatwave, so the room was quite hot. The hostel though provided a fan for the room! Due to the heat we had to keep the windows open at night, but the street out front is quite loud since people seem to mistake it for a race car place. Also it's quite light outside with street and traffic lights. I think though that with normal temperature none of this would have been an issue and I don't blame the hostel for it.

The place is quite well secured, you will see an amazing team at the reception that will help you 24 hours a day. I stayed for one night only, but after a long road an opportunity to take a shower and store my luggage before the check-in hours was highly appreciated. Everything - from towels and shower necessities to some cereals and milk for breakfast - was provided for free, which is really a good thing if you travel on low budget. The room was nice and clean, enough charging outlets, even the small lamp near the bed (which due to the fatigue I never got to use unfortunately ;)) And there even is a small garden and some recreational rooms at the ground floor!! Overall for one night that was an amazing experience, definitely a good place to recommend and obviously will be coming back :)

Overall it was all good - for the price we paid :) Old town and main street - you can reach it by hand :) Personal people were amazing, friendly. We stayed just one night - it is typical hostel. Huge plus that you can choose room with bathroom in it.

It was very hot and loud. I understand that the place is in the middle of city center, but it was really loud from the street just below windows. Windows do not really help from the noise. If you are a light sleeper maybe not a place to stay. We went on a really hot day - good thing there was a ventilator in the room, but it still was very very hot in the room.

first time i have seen a hostel as super clean , very good staff, prime location most of the hostels are not that good this hostel is good that is why i visited three times poland all three times i stayed in this hostel.

everything was good, i could not find anything that was not good so overall i can say that next time i am expecting a little more better Bed as the mattress was not that good.

Lovely hostel. Most part of the hostel walls were painted with beautiful paintings. A very spacious kitchen, dining and sitting room. Very friendly and helpful receptionists with 24 hour service. Free cereal breakfast (eventhough i didn't try it). The kitchen is equipped with all essential materials. There is coffee maker machine. They gave me free laundry, which i liked it. They have a luggage storage.

The wifi was so weak. The checkout time is a bit early which is 10 am. Other hostels have checkout time until 12.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was ok. Walking distance to the old town with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc nearby. 24/7 reception. Luggage storage possible before check-in or after check-out. Girl at the reception helped me book a train ticket since the official website was only in Polish. Just 6 people in the room. Big lockers available in the room.

Beds were a little squeaky and created quite some noise when people were turning over in their sleep. Toilet paper was the cheap kind.
