The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful!

Something really has to be done about the mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. It looks really bad and there’s a lot if it unfortunately.

The beakfest was good. The place is very convenient as 5 minutes to the center. Nice and polite staff. Enough clean.

The room was prepared for one person. We were 2. It was necessary to open our booking and check the quantity. I had to remind several times. But it was not a big problem. The biggest was: the ventilator in shower didn't work and there was the the mould on the wall with appropriate smell. In case of need I have made photo for the staff and can send it. I don't want to send it here as the hotel was nice in aney case. But it's very necessary to solve mould case as it is not good for health.

the hotel was really well situated - within east walking distance of the old town and museums in the city. The staff are great and go the extra mile to please. when I stayed several months ago, the chef left some amazing home made pralines on the bed as a welcome. Although this wasn’t done this time, I mentioned it to the receptionist and she sourced some for me, much to my joy! The breakfasts were fabulous. I would definitely stay here again. nice and quiet too.

My husband found the bed too hard but I didn’t. There was no milk provided at breakfast but the staff are happy to provide.

Couldn’t imagine a better location, it’s near the old town as well as the Palace of Culture & Science. The bus stops right in front of the hotel & the metro is maybe three minutes by foot. The room is small, but you’ve got everything you need. The room as well as the whole hotel was very clean. The rooms have a very nice design! I really loved the shower. Our room wasn’t located at the street front so the nights were very quiet, also there aren’t that many rooms on the floors so you don’t wake up every time someone passes. The staff at the desk was super friendly as well as the cleaning ladies. I really appreciate that.

The hair dryer was kind of old, it was super loud and didn’t really do the work. 😅 It would be a plus to have a separate kettle for the tea instead of using the water from the coffee machine (which was also very loud).

The building is very beautiful, the staff is super nice, the rooms are very cozy and clean, the bathroom very beautiful. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would describe it as a full 4 star hotel, with very professional staff. Bonus: the breakfast is simply AMAZING. Products are super fresh, the flavors of the cooked stuff are well thought and balanced. Very very very good. My compliments to the director, really

Nothing, it was all perfect

The easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, various means of transport at the doorstep as well as main tourist attractions within walking distance. Nice and cosy room, beautiful interiors of the hotel and the fact that every room had a famous patron; coffee machine, bottled water and a fridge in the room; big Samsung TV, big and very comfy bed and a pleasant bathroom with a spacious shower. Can't say anything about the hotel restaurant and breakfast room, as we haven't used any.

The street noise outside and the central operated air con and heating.

Hotel "Teatro" is situated in the centre of Warsaw. Artistic and attractive with its internal design, furniture and decoration.Theatre is all around you through posters and pictures. They create a special inspiring art atmosphere which allows tourists to learn more about Polish theatrical achievements. The staff is polite and smiling, helpful in any situation. Breakfast is healthy and delicious.The hotel combines modern architecture with historical tradition which makes one,s stay unforgettable.

Regular rooms are not spacious enough and the shower in the bathrom though beautiful is not very convenient. There were spots on the walls at 2 -3 places that need repairment.

This s my 3rd time here.I got a softer pillow this time so I slept incredibly well. as usual great staff, location. Loved room 104. I got package delivered to a hotel, all smooth. I really like this place a lot. they will offer you a coffee while you are waiting for taxi for example and didn’t have breakfast. Those small details make a difference. you have noticed presence of guests from Poland, UK, Ukraine

the aircon still does those random clicks that last for some minutes and come and go several times throughout the 24h. This interrupted my sleep and gave me nightmares once. Tofu sandwich for breakfast follows now slightly different recipe and is not as delicious as it was, it’s just a small detail I thought to mention. very expensive hotel and breakfast should be included for all rooms and price points. The price for breakfast alone is 85 Pln so it’s super heft.

This is a very cute little boutique hotel. The room was enough for a couple with small luggage, very warm and cozy. The toilet is spacious and has a heater, very important during the winter. The shower is just amazing! The breakfast was very tasty, you can choose the warm dishes from a menu and they bring it to your table. A shout out to the staff, very friendly and helpful, specially to Ola who quickly solved a little problem during our check in.

Instantly greeted with a warm welcome and room was already available. All staff at reception were always friendly and happy to help (and recommend places of interest). Room was on the top 3rd floor. Thought it would be slightly bigger but it was a good size for me. Bathroom had a great shower (easy to use but powerful) and the bed was comfortable. Superb area. Heart of many restaurants and bars and places of interest (Segway, tours, contemporary art galleries). Housekeeping always said "hello" #!£ reception always present.

Room had a few slanted walls due to the windows and when you're 6"3 you can't use all the room or when you're getting changed you so kind of hit you're arm if not careful but just ask for a room not facing the street. AC was not as strong as I would have liked (but reception kindly placed on for me).
