The room was spacious with a comfortable seating area, high ceilings and nice furnishings (loved the blue velvet chairs). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet, even on the weekend in July. Excellent water pressure in the shower and room service was prompt with friendly service and very good food. The room was air conditioned which was a bonus for the hot week during which I stayed. The lobby is beautiful and offers and a small bar as well. Staff at front desk were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend the

The location of the hotel was fine, but Warsaw is such a big city that wherever you stay, somewhere is always far away. The hotel upgraded our room, so we had a stay that exceeded our expectation. We stayed in a very large and comfortable room. Although it faces the street of bars that most guests talk about, we did not have any noise problems since we stayed on weekdays. At breakfast, drinks were self-service, food was ordered and unlimited. Despite being a four-star hotel, it has almost five-star service and comfort.

Room cleaning could be better, hair remained on the carpet and the glasses we used on the first evening were not changed.

The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and the view helped us get into the European spirit. we were never cold, even when it was below 0 degrees outside. Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic for the nightlife and shopping travelers. Complementary water - still and sparkling - was a nice touch. Breakfast was sooo tasty, you order it from a menu and while we sometimes missed the buffet option, the employee made sure we ordered to our heart's content and made modifications to the dishes when possible. a different experience than we were used to but might be a better one! and the price was right!

If I have to be nitpicky, the minibar was locked when we arrived, I'm sure the staff would've unlocked it but it was an inconvenience... and the beds were too damn high, had to do an olympic jump to get on it but it didn't ruin the experience.

The area around the hotel was very noisy. Could hear the near by bars/clubs even with the windows closed. A lot of homeless/drunk people sleeping right outside the hotel. Found two empty bottles of vodka in the mini fridge. Reported to hotel staff but still got charged for them. Took a few days to sort this out. Eventually got a refund

The room was big enough for 2 with place for luggage, confortable bathroom with warm floor. The climatisation is easy to change, a large choices of tea and also coffee. The location of the hotel is ideal, it's the starting of the street goes to the center, the bus and tram are close to access to the full city. If you come by car a free weekend parking is available at 100m. You are very close to the night life on the weekend, close to eat other breakfast or lunch.

The club Smolna are behind the building and we listen, a bit, the people outside Friday night and Saturday night. But the isolation is good enough to sleep well.

This was a fantastic property. It had a lovely beautiful cozy and modern contemporary design, always felt so spacious, had a great central location, amazing gym and restaurant(especially the great value breakfast), and staff were delightful to interact with every single time! the prices in general were also a fantastic value.

I would say the toiletries (shampoos and soap) were really astringent and not a quality that matched the hotel. some finishes were a bit damaged in the shower, I guess, too. but I can't really think of much more to say. It was a beautiful experience.

The room design, the beds and the shower are the best! The location was perfect for our stay, as we were exploring Warsaw's trendy food & bar places on foot at night, and walked around & shopping in the day time. Everything was amazing, I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in the city.

Nothing! I must note that the backyard of the hotel is overlooking a hip food market which is pretty loud at night, at the same time there is some sort of a club in the nearby building and you could hear the crowds, and music when you open the window in your room. Though when windows are closed it's very quiet, so we had a good sleep both nights of our stay.

The renovation of an old building in an hotel is common but this transformation is a real success. The deco of the central "patio" is fabulous with design furniture. We found the room a little bit tiny but very good equipped (including an ironing set) and the bathroom was top modern. Breakfast is really served at the table - you choose it in a menu and you order what you want - and everything is perfect prepared (we recommend the fried eggs & bacon; the oats with fruit...)

Everything is relative but the price charged for breakfast is 35-36€uros. Due to the fact that this breakfast is not in self service, you need some more time to appreciate your meal. The hotel is quite far from the old city centre... but very close to the "S2" Powisle train station. (the S2 is the shuttle coming from the Chopina Airport) and to the National Museum.
