Great breakfast and although it's a small hotel, there is always someone at the reception. Room is large enough for a stay and has a desk to work at with your notebook. Supermarkets are very close nearby.

The bedsheets were not 100% clean, but the reception quickly took care of it. Also, one should note that there is an industry site nearby which some guests might find to be a nuisance.

I've seen reviews saying the beds weren't good, the bathroom taps annoying, the key card confusing, ... None of this is really important ESPECIALLY when you have the GREAT breakfast in the morning! Normally I wouldn't choose a hotel breakfast as they are variable, but THIS one changed my mind and I WILL look for breakfasts in future. I can't say anything bad about this place. There is nothing bad to say. You would have to be REALLY picky to criticise anything here.

The only thing I can say is that they should get soft feet to put under the chairs in the breakfast room. Why? Because every time someone moved, there was the grating sound of metal chair leg on tiled floor! Oww! The photos of the garden are a little out of date. It's still good there, but there is a fence and the hedges are much higher now.

The location was perfect as I had a surgery at Medicus which is located opposite of the Akira. Plenty of food to choose from served at breakfast, always fresh.

The light kept turning off itself in the bathroom after 5 minutes. I’ve also had an issue with a shower. The water kept stopping after a minute and I had to press it again.

Room was clean and tidy, tv and free internet included. Lovely ladies at the reception, after midnight when I checked in and in the morning, complimentary tea and coffee available at reception. Breakfast was delicious, both hot and cold dishes, quality coffee with something sweet for a good start of the day.

The staff and breakfast were really great, internet connection was stable, the location is close to the city center with lots of public transport connections even during the night.

The room is quite small, but enough for one person. It would be great to have some cups and a kettle in the room, but they were available on the reception

We were very happy with our stay! From the very beginning, the staff members treated us wonderfully. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was a very comfortable one. The possibility of having breakfast in the garden was outstanding! Talking about breakfast, they offered a varied selection of bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham & cheese, a selection of jams, cereals, hot milk and coffee as well as tea and spreadables.

Property is perfect, very convenient location, lovely and helpfull staff with lots of great tips for visiting city. Room was clean and nice size. Would happily return on next visit

The breakfast was nice, delicious hummus sandwich, scrambled eggs, sausages, one of the beds was super comfy, room and bathroom nicely decorated, super friendly and helpful staff, very spacious shower room, in general quiet room as requested - no noise from neighbouring rooms however loud corridor

No shower curtain so all bathroom floor flooded after use - very annoying, the brush left in the bathroom doesn't help much, one of the beds not comfy at all -narrow mattress with springs sticking out,

The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to the very centre, but it's not noisy. Very clean and tidy, comfortable room. Polite and ready to help personal! Delicious breakfast! I would definitely select this place next time! Thank you for your hospitality!
