The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding area is very beautiful and quiet, close to the Cathedral and not far from the main attractions. The room was very clean and cosy, the mattress soft and comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than the room.

• What surprised me was that there was no label or note about the wifi password in the room. When I asked for it in the reception, they replied that the wifi was broken. As a result, there was no wifi during my stay. • The room is not cleaned during your stay and there is no fridge or extra toilet paper or napkins in the bathroom. • The price agreed with Booking.com was 122,00€ but when I was about to pay they charged 139,00€. I finally paid 129,00€ after negotiations. • The night shift receptionist couldn’t communicate in English effectively.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms with high ceilings and nice views plus stable sound-proof windows. Fresh and modern interior design of a unique historical building. Very friendly staff. A walking distance from everything that you need to see and want to experience - from old town to parks and beach bars on the river. Great balance between price and quality.

Breakfast on a ship is an amazing idea! True competitive advantage on top of the location on the island, near some great beach bars. We chose the hotel over others in the centre because of that peculiar option. However, the ship was not so excitingly promoted in the hotel itself. The tables are strangely allocated, with nylon clothes on top, the black curtains on the windows were partially blocking the view of the river and the church across the other bank. Could be much better utilised l, re-designed and exploited as an experience. The food quality and coffee facilities on the ship could be significantly improved.

Very beautiful hotel room, friendly staff and absolutely amazing location. The room was clean and comfy and I particularly enjoyed the view on the Odra river. Near reception you can buy (very cheap) sandwiches - they were fresh and tasty! There is also a tea/coffee machine, but I didn't use it. The elevator goes down straight to the parter, so you don't need to use stairs at all - a nice bonus when you're travelling with a baby stroller or heavy luggage.

location is excellent, breakfast on the boat was fantastic, an absolute perfect way to start your day (variety of fresh choices), private parking (secure) available right behind hotel, very nice and helpful staff, clean room, quiet area, good value

photos look a lot better than reality (rooms are a bit old and some imperfections to say the least), parking at 18 euros/night is a bit overpriced (even for city center in my opinion), but it compensates with the small room price

Great place! With great location and view of the old city centre. Very clean, bads are very comfortable, we were sleeping like kids. Nice design. Amazing breakfast, very diverse and tasty especially knowing you have breakfast on the ship, which gives its atmosphere. You come out of the hotel and you are in the heart of the old town, all the sights are within walking distance. I love it!

Missing shower gel and shampoo, too thin walls, and you can hear your neighbors taking the shower like they are taking shower in your room. Lack of sound insulation in windows, you can hear the noise of passers-by on the street at night. Missing kettle to have a tea or coffee.

The hotel is nice, clean, simple but comfortable. The location is central. Lady at the reception very friendly and helpful. Parking place by the hotel for a small extra charge. For breakfast good selection of everything you need.

The breakfast room was congested which might happen at 9 on Saturday, but no place for waiting and to be seated by the staff in order, quite uncomfortable and nervous as other people were arriving to eat.

Great location, excellent breakfast, kind stuff. Room was small, comfortable, without wardrobe. There was a little bit noise because of the street. Strong wifi. No place for parking in the hotel (too many guests) but in neighborhood enough parking places and cheaper. I got a list of them from the hotel before arriving.

Loved Breakfast (on the boat) plenty of choice everyday.I stayed here a few years ago ,now the rooms have been "jazzed" up and feel fresh compared to my last visit. Almost a designer feel to the ones I saw (3 rooms) The landings have very nice chairs to relax on also. All in all I feel very happy to rebook here and recommend to anyone who asked. One slight over sight that could be fixed an extra coffee machine in the breakfast room...Not a huge problem but watching the q did hinder my intake...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I am thrilled to say that the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. It was clear from the moment I arrived that the hotel placed a strong emphasis on treating their guests with kindness, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable.

Location was fantastic, check in and check out was easy, good value for money.

No bathroom products included (shower gel), parts of the room were a little dated.
