My experience at the Exclusive Aparthotel in Wrocław was truly special. Situated in the heart of the lively city with its captivating charm, it exceeded all expectations. Just picture waking up in a cozy upgraded suite with a view of the picturesque University of Wrocław right outside your window. My room, neighboring the bustling river and a boat club, added an enchanting touch to my entire stay. The apartment itself was the epitome of luxury. From the incredibly comfortable bed to the spacious bathroom that felt like a private spa retreat, every aspect was designed to provide a sense of indulgence. The balconies offered breathtaking views of the city, and having my own walk-in closet was an added bonus. And let's not forget the exclusive roof terrace! What truly made this hotel stand out were the exceptional staff members, Julia and Amina. Their warm smiles and unwavering helpfulness brightened my days. They went above and beyond to attend to every detail, whether it was untangling a mishap with champagne or offering insider tips on the best local spots. Their genuine care made me feel like I had reconnected with old friends. Regrettably, I missed out on trying the highly praised cuisine at their in-house restaurant, as recommended by Julia and Amina. However, I am determined to make it my first stop during my next visit – and there will definitely be a next time! Exclusive Aparthotel has become more than just a hotel to me; it feels like a home away from home. It seamlessly combines luxury, comfort, impeccable service, and breathtaking views into an unforgettable experience. I arrived as a guest, but I left as a part of the Aparthotel family. Hmmm... Llet me tell you about the light switches! Those tricky little devils made me feel like I was playing a game of hide-and-seek every time I needed to turn on a light. But hey, that was just a minor challenge compared to the incredible time I had at the hotel. It was like a puzzle within a dream, and once I had mastered the art of the light switches, I felt like a true champion of illumination. So, don't let those sneaky switches dim your enthusiasm!

Great location and lovely view of the river and the university, the apartment was very well equipped, daily service to replenish tea, coffee capsules, water and even the laundry capsule. Washing machine has a dryer which is perfect especially for a longer stays! Very friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend and will be staying there again.

To be honest I really have nothing to complain about and the only thing I can think of is the lack of curtains in the living area so in the evening when the lights are on people from the street across the river can see you. Not a big deal for me but having more privacy would have been ideal.

Our apartment was modern, well equipped and clean. The location is excellent and we were able to walk to all the nearby sights.

One word of warning. We were staying in an apartment on the first floor above a restaurant. On a Saturday there was a big party and the music was very loud. The floor was literally vibrating and we couldn’t sleep. It would have been nice to at least be warned. Oh, and because of the location near the water, there are lots of big, fat spiders on the windows (outside). If you are scared you won’t be able to open the windows. Luckily the air conditioning works well.

I loved everything...decor,size,location. Staff -very friendly and helpful-I was amazed how quick they replied to all my emails. All miniproducts were refilled daily (coffe pods,teabags,shampoo...etc). Everything was there -parking, 2bathrooms, hairdryer, washing machine with dryer, clothes horse,iron with board air-conditioning,good quantity of towels,pilllows, slippers. Place was spotless , quiet and in fantastic location.I would highly recommend!

Only one thing came to my mind... We were staying on top floor that included skylight-could be a problem for someone sleeping in living room on sofa-as it gets bright very early ... and no blackout curtains in living room.Although whole apartment is fitted with something like metal shutters-they spread-slide around apartament making it darker but won't fully close/shut. But that was small thing-that wouldn't bother me.

modern and cozy! well-thought facilities, super-cozy bed, I loved the kitchen and bathroom- well thought as well the apartment would be a super comfortable stay for a solo traveler or a couple, there is enough facilities to cook a dinner and store the vine, great river and bridge view as well

there are loud bridge works for some repairs so you wake up early because, even though there is a great noise- protection windows in the facility - you hear it anyway as this is too loud for 8-9 a.m. and I was on my vacation however the hotel I believe cannot anyhow affect that, except of, maybe - put a warning that there is this special condition

Location, spacious modern apartment. All was new, modern and clean.

I came at 23:40 and there is zero possibility to eat someting. Nethier in the aparthotel not in the nerest neighbourhood. (no restaurant, bar, fastfood, kiosk with kebabs, vending machnine or grocery). Literally zero. There would be good to have any vending machine offering sandwitches or at least chips and coke. Poor GSM phone coverage (data) within the room. Both LTE and 3G (in a city center!). Obviously it is not an aparthotel fault. This can be room location specific issue. 1st floor. There is wifi but I forgot to ask for wifi password.

The reception staff was extremely polite and helpful. the apartment was very comfortable with all amenities and walking distance to the centre. Everything was exceptionally clean including the shower and toilets. The beds were comfortable with enough pillows which I liked.

The parking elevator was a bit exact for our Ford Transit but it worked . Also the coffee machine didn't work properly as it kept squashing the coffee pod and not piercing it.

Everything, the staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The Apartment was fantastic, spacious, clean, superb location a stones through from the city centre with excellent panoramic views from the roof terrace, great facilities and lovely breakfast options, on site parking, great showers and a great bath and comfortable beds!

0, there was nothing that we didnt like and we are picky!

The apartment was very elegant and equipped with all the amenities you require. Washing machine with drying rack. Spacious living room with the kitchen. After staying in so many apartments in Wroclaw this is the best option so far. And added funky lift carpark :) My child loved it :)

Great apartments in the incredible location! Huge windows allow for amazing views of river, the old town...You are literaly 5minutes from the historical center of the city. Apartment is well equiped, stuff was super, internet connection fast and stable. Parking in the street infront of the building was possible and free of charge. Great place! We plan to come back :)))
