Arche Hotel Wrocław Airport

Rooms well equipped, beds comfortable, staff very friendly and attentive, breakfast excellent, restaurant also good for a warm meal. Air conditioning in room too warm whereas in breakfast/ restaurant room too cool. After mentioning that staff adjusted temperature to our wishes. Very accommodating! Rooms as silent as promised (hotel very close to airport). Excellent location as only 10 minutes walking to terminal (slow walking).

Shower door in our room didn’t close properly. That of course can happen. We mentioned it to staff and they immediately arranged for repair. As we were only staying for one night repair did take place afterwards.

We were just staying overnight with our toddler as our flight was arriving late so I chose this hotel because it was walking distance from the airport. The room was a suite so the bedroom was separate from the living room which was great as it meant we could hang out after our toddler had gone to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the cot provided for our toddler was great and at breakfast they were very accommodating and even made our toddler a milk-free French toast (he’s allergic) which was a better service than we received from some five star hotels. The staff were very attentive and polite. It exceeded my expectations.

It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but I suppose you pay for the location. It was about an eight minute walk from the airport and there were crossings (it’s across a main highway). Ignore the google map directions for walking which are wrong, just go on the direction of the building, you can’t miss it.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was small, but it had everything - excellent air-conditioning on a hot day! The staff were super helpful and organised my taxi for the next morning. While the hotel isn't as close to the airport as other hotels can be, it's also very close and getting there takes no more than 10 minutes.

For some reason, I thought the hotel had its own airport shuttle rather than me having to pay for a taxi - advertised on booking.com. However, given the distance, in the end paying for a taxi wasn't a big problem for me personally.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for people traveling out of town. It’s also a great option if you want to stay out away from the city center; you can easily get to the hot spots from here. The hotel itself is very well appointed and the staff has always been super attentive. The man at the front desk for my last stay offered to make special accommodations from the bar since I had arrived late in the evening. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel multiple times and each time the cleanliness, service and quality of amenities has been exceptional.

I wish they had a kitchen with 24 hour support given that the hotel caters to early/late arrivals at Chopin.

The bed was pretty good and soft and the interior decoration gave me a very good impression. I also really liked how I could adjust the bedside's light intesity with a dial. It was perfect for a well deserved sleep after a long flight.

Bathroom door felt heavy as it had a very strong door closer that would close the room as soon as I let go of the handle. I have sensible hands so the bathroom was uncomfortable to use and I hope it can get fixed for the sake of any future guests. The bathroom also came with just one towel.

I dinner was amazing ,well done chef ,highly recommend 🤩

Thanks a lot, there was a very warm welcome, personal helped with all questions about long-term car parking, late check-in and early check-out. Clean room with all necessary facilities.

As an idea for the future, I would like to offer an option to pay for a room when it is needed for some hours before departure, for example, a 50% discount if you rent room for less than 12 hours and have a plane ticket, I think it can be interesting for many people.

The hotel itself is perfect if you plan to fly from Wrocław airport - bus stop is just outside of the hotel and it takes few minutes ride to get to the terminal. The hotel is modern and very clean

Menu of the restaurant in the hotel is too exquisite for simple travellers - some usual food would do better for us, so we had to find some food outside of the hotel

I booked it because i had a lay over for one night and it was perfect for that. I took the local bus into town which took me about 30 minutes. Bus stop right by the hotel. It was a nice hotell clean and good staff.

That breakfast wasnt included in the price and was kind of expensive for what you got. There was cereal, smoothes, bread, coldcuts, cheese, vegetables, nutella etc. So it was a solid breakfast. But i had to pay extra for it even though i think that the price shouldve included it.

I liked the location. It was so close to the airport and it only took about 11 mins to get to the hotel on foot. It was modern and stylish. My double room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and very nice coffee and tea selection.

The room was very hot. Even though I turned temperature down to 18 Celsius on the control panel, it seemed as nothing had helped to cool the air. I tried to open a window to cool the room a bit but the window had a lock preventing it from opening at all. Overall I didn't have a good night sleep due to my room being hot.
