Absolutely loved my stay here. The service was great, the hotel itself smells incredible, looked incredible. The pictures online did an amazing job showing the ambience of the hotel. The room service was immaculate. The spa area with the jacuzzi was so comfortable and I could have stayed there the whole day! 10/10 would come again and have already recommended this hotel to several colleagues.

I wish I had known the spa was booked. Only regret was not receiving my hot stones massage and facial like I hoped. But my experience was still great!

They had destination chargers (porche) 2pc for guests. Charging the car was easy! The parking cost was 10€.

Bed was so soft and did not provide any support. After checkout payment, they took an extra small amount from my credit card with no explanation. It was a really small amount but still no idea and no questions were asked during the check out so I must wonder and for 5 star hotel I should not wonder about these things.

The staff are so kind, welcoming, helpful. The design of the hotel is really beautiful. The bed is like sleeping in a cloud, I dread my bed back home now, and the shower is a dream. The room comforts like bath robe, water etc… Were very handy and cosy. The balcony for smoking was really cosy too. I loved the bar, again the staff were wonderful a d the coffee is so nice. There is also a really nice park behind the hotel which is so lovely to talk a walk. And the staff were really helpful with all my requests which took a lot of stress from my shoulders

My complaint I have is that there was an event happening on Saturday night and that was an evening I wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant with my boyfriend. We were told we could sit in the bar or eat in our room which for me wasn’t a great idea. I wish I was for warned about the wedding so I could have made other plans as the hotel isn’t so close to the city centre.

We booked Kings room with glass walls. It was awesome: spacious and comfortable. I definitely admired by design. Room is comfortable and silent. Relaxing massage was wonderful. Delicious food in the Restaurant. Comfortable SPA

The light in the wardrobe wasn’t switched off properly. No one helps you with luggage or show you the room. For some reason I paid online and while check-in the amount was pended +40 euro more. I’m not sure why and need to check later what amount exactly was withdrawn to pay for stay. Тhe Reception Staff is not pay enough attention to guests.

On a street away from the noise of old town, the hotel has an air if regality and comfort. The staff are always willing to help, offering information about the surrounding area and the hotel facilities. With a bar and restaurant on the property, it's the perfect place for a short escape.

The room I was in was a converted part of the attic with a very low ceiling and visible support beams. While to was okay for me, someone any taller than me would have to easily had a problem just fitting in the room. The skylight windows allow gentle light at night, but also allow a few fruit flies in. The bath tub was difficult to get in and out of without hitting my head in the ceiling, and I'd like to consider myself petite.

There is a coffee machine in the room. It is very convenient to drink coffee after getting out of bed in the morning. luxuriously furnished rooms. the bathroom is very beautiful and luxurious. Helpful staff. Escorted to the hotel room with suitcases. The spa is cozy. The only problem is that the sauna did not work. But a very nice jacuzzi. breakfast - royal. service as in the castle. Rich and delicious breakfast.

Pretty much everything was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Taking time to explain things, being helpful and offering solutions for whatever was needed. The internet was free of charge and with a good speed. Really nice bedrooms.

nice, spacious, comfy bed, loverly modern bathroom and facility’s, loverly decor throughout the hotel and loverly welcome at reception, staff were loverly and always there to help, outstanding food and great value for money!

Tv to small and very low down as when lying down your feet are in the way, lamp shades loose, 2 of the lamps didn’t work, stains on the carpets, no ceiling lighting so room was very very dull, apart from that a nice pleasant stay.
