The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. They helped us arrange a taxi for our very early flights home. The hotel was what we needed for our last couple nights in Poland. It was clean, secure, comfortable and not far from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice water pressure. There is also a grocery store across the street.

It was a good place. We did not have a nice view or any special amenities, but we didn't need them at that point. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Very clean room, great staff and they are very welcoming. Wide variety of choices for breakfast and you can eat until you are tired :). Well connected to public transport, shops and close to most attractions. I would recommend HV anytime.

Room had single beds which we thought will be ok but it was not suitable for me and my wife. However this is not hotel problem but it will be good to arrange for a double bed for couples. Overall l enjoyed my stay even if l could not cuddle my wife all night due to a small bed ;)

Quiet room, comfortable bed

40 zl for car parking. But it was written in the conditions, I just did not pay attention to it. Internet didn’t work.

This is absolutely great hotel. The room was quite big (bigger than expected in this type of hotels). Very comfortable and big sized bed, comfortable pillows, high speed WiFi and easy to connect, extremely friendly staff, free bottle of water in the room, electrical socket close to the bed. The hotel is located very close to the Outlet Shopping Center (a few steps away).

I felt the smell of cigarets in the elevator - very strange. I cannot guarantee 100% it was cigarets, but 99% that was this type of smell. Breakfast was too expensive for what was given and for what prices are in other hotels. There were no USB sockets in the room.

Although just one night, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and clean. It was pretty quiet too in the hotel. Check in was at 3 pm, we checked in 2 hours earlier with no problem. Location is a bit outside of city center, but super easy to get to by a tram direct line. A very good experience.

The toiletries were a bit small. They had 2 sets of towels which was good. But the second one was put inside a low closet where you wouldn't normally check. So we randomly found out on the way of leaving and never used it.

Room very big, very comfortable hotel at a low price, definitely you get more than expected for that money. Also, even if it is not so close to the centre you can catch a tram that easily takes you there and forget your car at the hotel.

WiFi terribly poor. Disappointing for a hotel of that level. Also, parking is not specified but it does not come for free. Actually £6 per night is not that little for Wroclaw, considering you are not so close to the centre, and you do not have easy parking alternative in the area.

Everything was excellent.

There is always some room for improvement. In the shower cabin it would be nice to have a tray to place soap and other toiletries somewhere above. I do not have disabilities, but with age it gets harder to bend over all the way :) It was snowing and as a result the floor in the lobby got wet. An aged woman almost fell because of the slippery floor. At the same time there were three members of staff at the reception. The shift manager needs to be more attentive to the wellbeing of the guests in adverse weather conditions non to mention possible liability. Few times I was able to clearly hear the guest nextdoor. I think noice isolation is not that good.

Parking is paid, this is not clear when you book and in real if you stay a while it becomes a too expensive part of the booking. We stayed here many times with our crew, but will change the hotel, as parking is too much.

Excellent one-night stay, good size room, quiet as much it is possible taking tram line outside into consideration, very comfortable bed, lil bit less comfy pillow, very clean, friendly staff. Overall highly recommend it.

Quite a small shower, yet it does the job. I couldn't figure out how the tv remote worked, but not watching tv wasn't any problem—otherwise a great stay.
