The Christmas decorations all throughout the property were incredible. The bar area was so nice and relaxing that we spend hours there and the proximity to the main street was top class. Cesar salad in the bar was amazing.

Food in general wasn't great here, but maybe that was our tastes. The breakfast was very average and if you got down late, it was not fresh. The food in the main restaurant was not good value, the food was okay and the price was high. My recommendation for steak on the menu would be to remove the "hot stone" aspect.

We knew in advance that a five-star hotel would be fine. However, the stay at the Aries hotel exceeded our high expectations. A wonderful hotel with an extremely pleasant and refined design. Breathtaking wellness, exclusive breakfast and exceptional service in all respects. Special thanks to the helpful gentleman who was at the reception on Friday morning and at noon. I applaud the entire Polish nation, Slovaks over the hill, Moravians and even Czechs have a lot to learn from the Poles about what truly first-class services (not just prices) are.

Breakfast was exceptional. Variety of all foods. Pool and sauna were prefect. Location to shops was perfect. Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All staff very friendly and pleasing. Hotel restaurant food was delicious and service was outstanding.

Keep an eye on kids in the breakfast buffet area for touching of foods or as we experienced sneezing on the bread twice and then putting it back in the basket. Should have parent supervision.

Staff went above and beyond . Get a room with a balcony for a view of the mountains. The reception staff treated us to chocolates for our anniversary and gave us a lovely handwritten card.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed in. We come back to Aries every December since 2018 and every time it is unforgettable stay. It has everything you need for the most relaxed stay-great SPA facilities that are kept in the most prestigious conditions, amazing bar with the loveliest staff and the food at Halka restaurant is Michelin star worthy-you have to try their cook your own steak served on the hot stone.

The room for our family was perfect, comfy double bed downstairs for us and two singles upstairs for my teenage sons. The spa was fabuloous and we all enjoyed the multiple steam/saunas. The location is ideal, everything within walking distance. The Christmas decoration were gorgeous and it felt very festive.

The car park and paths to the hotel were so icy, it would have been good for the hotel to salt and grit to make it easier to access (or allow access at theread of the hotel to guests?)

Really central location , very tasty and varied breakfast, our rom had a great view and the employees working in the reception made out stay more pleasant due to their great attitude.

The Spa was a bit small but nice , the only problem that we had was the high number of children that were using the pool, jumping splashing not really appropriate for a Spa more suitable for a water park, since we were there to relax it was not really easy to do

Breakfast is more than reach and delicious! Variety of meals for every taste, wide choice of desserts, good coffee, 2 types of champagne.... Pool and jacuzzi - smth You really need after a long day in the mountains. Room was compact but very nice and comfortable. Hotel is very beautiful! Location - center of Zakopane but despite that - very quiet. Personnel - nice and friendly! Caramel sweets - best of the best of the best !

Everything is perfect!

We are very grateful for a little gift and greetings card in our room on the day of our arrival - it was our honeymoon stay and it made it even more special. Staff is nice and very helpful, cocktails at the bar - excellent, breakfast magnificent. Also the SPA offer is very vast - 4 types of Sauna, pool, 2 jacuzzi outside. Also we really appreciate that such premium hotel treats guests in a premium way: there are no micropayments like in other hotels like parking (at Aries it's included) so it doesn't feel like Ryanair :) Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The property has excellent facilities, including a decent small gym and a very comprehensive spa area, with swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzis. The breakfast choice is also extremely wide, so there is something for everyone. The location of the hotel is very good - just a two-minute walk from Krupowki and all the shops and restaurants. Also, the current temporary bus station in Zakopane is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, so getting to the mountains for trekking is easy. The atmosphere in the hotel is always relaxing and restful.
