It’s the best property I’ve ever stayed. I loved the green area, the cleanliness of facilities and variety of pools.

The only thing that I didn’t like was a cold indoor pool while I selected this aparthotel just because of indoor swimming pool.

The hotel is perfect for a family holiday, loads of space to play for the kids and plenty of activities available. It's very close to the beach also for a walk. The breakfast buffet was also beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful also.

The swimming pools were not heated so they were cold most of the time which made it difficult to play in with the kids a lot. The evening buffet was not great, we ate out every other night.

Our family spent almost two weeks in this hotel and the feeling was that we are at our home. The apartment was full everything what was needed. All personnel was helpfull and very pleasant. Location of the hotel is very convenient, located near the ocean. Thank you for amazing time.

The staff were approachable and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the beach (within walking distance) and close to supermarkets and the strip which hosts a number of different stores.

Lack of eating facilities which was due to restaurant and bar closures for refurbishment.

Loved the staff especially in Bournvilla restaurant. We're extremely pleasant and helpful. Loved the choices of outdoor pools and how clean the facility is. Loved the pool tables and air hockey tables.

Bed bugs in the apparent. I kept getting bitten every night , even after mentioned to reception.pool table kept getting jammed and out of order

Fabulous hotel especially for families with young children. Plenty to do without having to leave the hotel. The kids loved the water slides and there was also entertainment most days and evenings. The apartments were spacious and clean, there is a spar shop down the road about a 5minute walk we got all we needed in there as we usually had lunch in the apartment.

One female member of staff at reception very unfriendly & rude

Everything from start to finish, the staff were so welcoming, so kind, I had messed up check in and the receptionist, Christina( I think) was so kind and lovely about it. The place is spotless and there is a maid service nearly every second day so no wonder and they are all so lovely. We stayed end of March beginning of April, it was raining when we arrived and we used the indoor poor which is fabulous of a little cold for a heated pool. The weather got better towards the end of our stay so we had the best of both worlds and our girls enjoyed the outdoor pools and slides then. There was night entertainment each night. We ate in the bar restaurant one of the nights, it was delicious. We took an uber to Albufeira old town around 5 euro, to the strip about 4euro, to Vilamoura about 10 euro. We really saw a lot of Portugal and on our last day we did a lovely cliff walk to olhos de agua and had a lovely last evening there. We will be back and we will be bringing the reat of the family, aunties, uncles and cousins and are looking forward to it already.

The indoor kiddies pool is ice cold, could maybe do with increasing the temperature ever so slightly. Nothing else...we really had a ball.

That place is perfect for families, everything for children and food delicious. Nice, short walk to the beach and not far to the old town.

Room was huge. So much space and it was comfy and had everything we needed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The food wasn't great in The Tavern or at the kids pool – it was just very basic – but the breakfast was the main thing that was bad. While it has a huge offering which is good, some of it was inedible. Some things were good, like the sausages, hash browns, fried eggs, fruit selection, yoghurt, juices, and others were awful like the scrambled eggs, cake was stale and strange, and the toaster didn't work really, and the worst coffee I have ever had. I know Portugal has incredible local ingredients and producers, it would have been amazing to see some of them highlighted on the menus and in the food. It all felt like it was ready-made rather than cooked from fresh. I know the hotel is catering for a large number of people and families, but I just think it could be better.
