Fantastic location. Quiet hotel yet very close to everything needed. Bed was super comfortable and the studio had a great little seating area and handy kitchenette. Housekeeping called every morning so room was always fresh & clean.

Minor inconveniences- Decor is a little worn and could be freshened up a bit. Doors in studio don't close properly and are scraped & scratched. Balcony is very confined due to air con unit taking up large chunk of space.

Good location and hotel is clean.

My room had a small kitchen but there was no dish soap or cleaning materials provided for the dishes. We had to purchase it ourselves. There was a fee to pay to drop in and use their gym. There was a fee to use the safety security box located in the room.

We had a nice sea view, has all the things we needed. Room was nice and AC was good. Short walk from the local beaches and helpful staff and the reception. The spa was nice only €12 for a day for 2 ppl, but swim caps are mandatory for going to the indoor pools.

There was a piece of poo on the bidet which was stuck from when we entered and wasn't removed throughout our stay and could not be washed off (room 321)

We had a beautiful room overlooking the sea. We had lunch at pool very nice and really priced well very good value for money.

We had to request balcony floor to be washed, I thought it should be done daily. Not really a pool bar ,it was dinning area

Spacious clean rooms complete with kitchenette facilities and balcony. A lovely quiet hotel with comfortable beds and a great night's sleep. The spa is small in size but I really enjoyed the sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They were able to organise an airport transport with Flexitravel and provide advice and assistance on local taxi services and activities.

I have no criticism of the hotel or staff. My only comment is that the hotel is located about a 10 min walk from the strip however is quite a distance from the old town. Taxis are cheap and reception kindly can phone a taxi but for me the location was a little out of the way.

Great location, great facilities and a really nice, comfortable, clean apartment that was cleaned daily. All in all, a really lovely hotel with very nice, helpful staff. We reported a problem with the drains and faulty tracking on one of the wardrobe’s sliding doors and they were dealt with that very same afternoon. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The terrace could have had somewhere for laundry to dry out and a little table to go with the chairs. Also, the wifi could have been a bit better but those are minor things that wouldn’t prevent me from going back there.

Location great & good price for standard of the hotel. Staff helpfull tried the breakfast once and good value for money great selection buffet style. Rooms clean and comfortable stayed here numerous times always enjoyed.Will return plenty of shops & good value bars and resteraunts within close proximity couldn't ask for more.

A few idiots banging on doors early hours of the morning and running up the corridors. Although as per mentioned stayed here numerous times this was the first time I've encountered this, also maids cleaning rooms on above floors moving furniture around late at night and early hours of the morning a minor inconvienance however wouldn't stop me from returning. Also hotel asking for deposits on rooms booked three rooms two people didn't turn up due to unforseen circumstances still charged in full for the room, maybe as a loyal returning customer some concession could have been made?

Good location, walking distance to a beach or the Albufeira strip. Pretty big suite, with a kitchen that has a fridge, microwave, stove top and to my surprise lots of utensils, pots and pans. Lots of sunloungers and umbrellas. The hotel lobby always smelled great. Ample parking for which you get a key to open the gates(you pay a 10 euro deposit in cash, which you get back at the end of your stay). Complementary bottles of wine and water in the room were a nice touch.

Pool is a bit small and no towel given for the pool area. Breakfast, as delicious as it was, could include a bit more variety and not just cater to the British that would eat eggs, beans and bacon everyday. Room not ready at check-in time.

The location of the hotel is nice, quite location but close to nearby attractions. Easy reach to the old town with taxi. Nearby street has lot of restaurant options. There is one nice beach 10 mins walking from the hotel. Staff is courteous, polite and nice. Studio Room size was great and bed mattress were good. Breakfast spread is decent.

The wifi signal in the studio room was not very great, it didn't cover all areas of the room. The bathroom feels a bit dated, door handle of the bathroom was bit loose, didn't feel the exhaust fan worked properly. Locker in the room is not free and swimming pool closes at 7pm during summer time.
