It was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious and a great location. We were greeted on arrival even though it was almost midnight. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners were helpful and friendly. Marta even messaged me a few days before our stay to see if we wanted a taxi booking. She booked us the friendliest taxi driver ever and got us a good discount. On our departure we were waved off by them. The apartments are over the road from a supermarket and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would 100% stay again

Nothing, it was perfect.

Breakfast is included however the kitchen enables you to cook your own and there is a grocery store across the street and a fabulous fish and meat market within a five minute walk. The ladies who work there and the owners are so nice, friendly and respectful. The location is great for for restaurants, walking, driving. The laundry service is fabulous and highly recommend it. If they allowed our dog we would spend 4 to 6 months here. If you want to party and be noisy go elsewhere otherwise it is simple, fabulous and felt like home away from home. Definitely go to Canada Bar around the corner we enjoyed it and the opera singer is incredible. Hopefully it never changes.

Not that I didn't like it but i will warn you the pool was cold. It was February and we being from Northern Canada (well north) it was fine for me to take a plunge to cool off but I am sure most people won't go for it. Don't complain it was February.

Location was perfect, all of the staff and cleaning team were so lovely and helpful. There is the option to have your apartment cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels everyday. The apartments themselves are very nice, quite spacious. Loads of food and bars nearby, a supermarket close by and a beach that's about a 10 minute walk. It was a little bit noisy during the night as people were coming back from parties but that was not an issue for us (might be for really light sleepers). There was air conditioning, kitchen had everything that was needed, lovely view from the balcony in the evening.

We didn't like that the double room had two single beds pushed together but this wasn't a big deal for us.

Spotless and we'll equipped apartment, pleasant pool area, supermarket and plenty of food options close by, fantastic staff - Marta went out of her way to help us, many thanks.

The only thing that bothered us was that we were overlooking the road so there was some road noise (but we got the evening sunshine), I'm sure Marta would've moved us of we'd asked.

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with excellent WiFi. The staff were very professional and went above and beyond. Marta even allowed us to stay longer in out apartment on the day of our departure and booked us a transfer to the airport. The apartment is situated in Santa Eulalia which has lots of restaurants and bars and away from the terrible strip which we avoided. The apartment is a short ride away from the Old Town which is lovely but far too crowded. The apartment had a fantastic patio area with a large swimming pool which was very clean. Our boys loved this area and spent many happy hours in the water. Carruna is also a slow 10 minute walk to Oura Beach which was wonderful. I don't think you could find a better valued apartment in the whole of Albufeira which was perfect for our family holiday. I would highly recommend the Carruna Apartment.

The apartment was spotless as was the whole apartment complex, we stayed in a 1 bed apartment with our 13 year and 8 month old. It was very quiet during the night which meant we all got our full night's sleep. The location is excellent, near the strip, pubs and restaurant, old town cost roughly €5.00 in a taxi.. we would definitely stay here again . The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week along with fresh towels

No lift,we stayed on the second floor,facing the pool area but not hearing outside traffic our noise at night time was a small compromise. We left out child's stroller down stairs every night and it was perfect

Very clean property with very friendly and helpful staff. Poolside looked nice and clean even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The property is located nicely in Albufeira, with pretty much everything you will need being on your doorstep. My family loved it as well and while we were in our Faro accommodation my son kept asking when we'd go back to our 'Albufeira house'. Will happily recommend this apartment.

The stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! Martha was so lovely and helpful, organised our transfer to and from the airport, room was always cleaned and was always there if we needed anything. The pool was lovely and quite perfect for family’s especially children. Close to everything the strip the beach etc. Supermarket across the road and all and Aldi a 5 minute walk down the road. The strip is about 5 minutes walk away which is perfect that it’s not too near so you can actually sleep:) Overall I will definitely be back the place was amazing and it felt just like home😄 Restaurant across the road Paulu’s is also unreall!!

This is the second time staying in Carruna apartments. Marta is the best, we came very early and could check in immediately, we got even an upgrade, from one to two bedroom apartment. On the day of the departure we could check out later and leave our luggage until the taxi came to pick us up. Thank you Marta and Carruna team for everything 😊

5 star accommodation. Excellent location, stones throw to supermarket and restaurants, walking distance to beach and busier bar areas. Very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities available, including a hairdryer and all kitchen essentials. Staff all lovely. Pool and pool area also spotless and we had it to ourselves most days. Martha was excellent host and allowed us a late check-out until 5pm when our airport taxi, organised by her, picked us up. Was an amazing plus! Will defo be back.

The road out front is noisy but we got used to it after a few nights
