Fantastic staff. Nothing was ever an issue. They were kind, informative and friendly. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Pool area really clean. Bar had different entertainment on each evenings. Nice little pool table for some evening games. Snack bar by the pool had the usual burgers pizza and breakfast items, which were great for a quick bite for lunch. They also had a good range of cocktails and beers. The cabana beds are a must rent for the day! So comfortable. Restaurants minutes from the hotel were very good and had lots of choice. 15 min walk to a beach and 5 min walk to a shop and 10 min walk to a supermarket. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. Will definitely return.

Excellent location. Approx. 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of excellent restaurants very close by and also by the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quieter location this will be perfect. Our apartment was clean and a really good size for the two of us. The balcony was a good size and had a nice view over the pool area. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

There is very little that was negative about this property. The only criticism we have is that the people above us were moving furniture around at night (around 12:30am) which disturbed our sleep.

Excellent location with everything to make a stay enjoyable close at hand. Well maintained facilities with friendly and welcoming staff. Good choice of pools, again, with very good cleanliness and plenty of sun beds & shade brollies.

Due to the furniture in the apartments sited on a tiled floor, when residents move chairs etc. the noise reverberates through apartments close by. Maybe pads on the feet of the furniture so the floors can still be kept at their high cleanliness standard.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pools looked nice and clean but the weather wasn't right for going in. Location is only 5 mins or so walk from the beach. The snack bar and the restaurants beside the hotel are excellent. Parking is good. Not easy to see in advance but the road is not a through road so the spaces outside the hotel seem very safe.

It isn't possible to make the apartment completely dark at night which was a bit of an issue for us. There are curtains but no shutters and the light from outside does come in around the sides.

Nice hotel, very clean, nice kids pool, close to restaurants and bars

Close to the road, could hear traffic if on the first floor facing out, we had a standard apt, and asked to be moved, which the lady at reception did accommodate us with another apt on the 3rd floor which was better. I think for what you pay for the standard apt it's not really worth it, we got moved to a better apt that was bigger with less road noise.

The property features several pools, including an indoor one. The facilities in the apartment itself were great, including two balconies. And location wise, it was perfect, as there were plenty restaurants within walking distance (there is a Mexican restaurant literally a few steps from the entrance of the hotel), there is an Intermarche supermarket and other shops about 2 mins walk away, and the beach was within 10 minutes of walking distance. The staff themselves were superb, from check-in to check-out and everything in between, every staff member I dealt with was fantastic, they book transfers for you, offer tourist advice, and help you in any way they can. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the TV signal wasn't great. Not that this matters much during a holiday, but there it is.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers. Great prices and options in the pool snack bar. Beach, bars and restaurants very close to hotel. Villamora and old town Albuferia only a 10/15 taxi or bus trip away, very handy to get to and worth the trip. Olas De Agua is quiet (no late night noise etc.) so perfect if travelling with little ones. Felt very safe and was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. Had some wonderful meals. The hotel bar can be quiet but plenty of family friendly bars close to hotel. Reliable airport transport from the hotel. Will absolutely book a stay here again.

Only thing thats a negative was the indoor pool was cold on the day we used it.

It was a great venue and very central with supermarket and taxis on the doorstep. They also had an indoor pool which is good on dull days and a lovely bar which did amazing cocktails. Our room was a good size for 3 people, it was one bedroom with a sofa bed, good kitchen area and lots of press storage, lovely bathroom with walk in shower. The outside pool was lovely and there was a pool restaurant which was reasonably for breakfast and lunch and had great choices and the staff were excellent. I would stay here again bit look for a brighter room

Basic accommodation but provides everything needed. It consists of the hotel itself and a second building where we have always stayed. Great location for beaches, bars, restaurants. Lovely pool areas and snack bar. Have stayed here a number of times before and will certainly return.

Hotel was basic but clean. It’s a little bit far out from the main town but it had everything you need. We used the spa it was amazing we used the bar and pool and we had food in the snack bar all good value and good quality.
