staff were really lovely and welcoming. nothing too much trouble. stayed in the Ocean Suites which were really lovely overlooking the pool. breakfast was really good, great choice. steak house amazing Chateaubriand. fish restaurant also delicious! Will definitely visit again.

The location and room were excellent, big selection of restaurants and great food. Staff was extremely helpful!

Not enough sunbeds at the beach, we did not manage to find enough sunbeds for our family during our stay so had to lay on the sand, which was not comfortable and was not expected on a 5 star resort. Also noted that a lot of sunbeds were reserved in advance by some guests but not been used. The golf course was overcrowded. We have played twice during our stay and were not able to start on the prebooked tee time.

- clean and well maintained suite - fully equipped kitchen with very good quality pans etc -twice a day housekeeping -spacious and well equipped gym -very child-friendly or safe, you can see that the -architect or designer carefully thought of small details to make the resort safe for children e.g. short steps and furnitures with round edges in the room -very friendly and attentive staff (the staff at the open space even came to bring us cushions for our sun beds and the driver of the carts would always drive slowly or avoid approaching us when our daughter is walking or running) - the housekeeping staff are very friendly and also pays attention to what we prefer (such as only decaf caps) - magnificent views and good access to the beach

- indoor swimming pool was a bit cold and would have liked it better if there were more lanes - the children’s playground looked worn out, it definitely needs repair as there were screws sticking out

The Ocean Suites were perfect. Spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Beach was lovely.

The service around the pool was slow. It took ages to find someone for drinks. The pool bar around the main pool did not open until midday. Upstairs above the seafood restaurant on the outdoor terrace closed around 5pm. This was a shame as it was the perfect spot for an early evening drink. Overpriced gazebos on beach.

The property is spectacular. Rooms were large and beautifully appointed. The beach was amazing.

Location, the staff was very kind, food was good, everything is clean, organized, the gardens are beautiful.

The facilities: beach, pool, gym etc., are all wonderful. Relaxing setting amongst (Pine) trees and the grounds are stunning. Spa is excellent too. CV19 testing facility on site which was reasonably priced was perfect for prior to our flight back.

Resort is more suited to a family with young kids, not a couple. If you go during school holidays prepare to be outnumbered by little ones. Still lovely though! Felt v.Covid secure, only negative was the breakfast buffet which got incredibly busy and took ages.
