Great location, generous & fast service, spacious rooms, free parking, good for grownups that are looking to have some quiet time for themselves. The spa was in our plans but we eventually decided to take daily trips in the area. Th hot part of the cuisine is good & versatile, the fish are delicious!

The whole dining experience should be elevated. The plates & glasses are old.. the cold food prepared ahead and waiting on the stands lacks freshness, diversity and isn’t exciting… the meat is overcooked and dry.

The staff made the trip for me, always so helpful and they're ability to flip between different languages when speaking with guests was so impressive! I visited the beauty and hair salon on my first night while my partner used the gym facilities and got a great manicure and pedicure for my stay. The heated indoor pool area was so clean and lovely to use in the mornings before going to breakfast in the hotel which had a never-ending supply of fresh food. We also enjoyed the close proximity of two beaches and being able to walk to local cafes and restaurants. There are pharmacies and supermarkets nearby too which is helpful as well.

Only one day, a woman smoked a few times by the poolside which I was a bit put off by purely since I'm not a smoker but there were so many seating options around the pool and all still in the sun that I was able to just sit upwind of her and her cigarettes.

Amazing breakfast & dinner. Extra-wide bed. Cool garden in the territory.

Internet speed is awful. Around 3 megabits with unstable ping. However mobile internet in the region is superspeed (around 150 megabits, even with 4G phones). No youtube in the room TV.

Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, clean, fresh, modern. Fantastic shower. Cleaned daily. Fluffy towels. Robes and slippers. The food was amazing, huge choice. Service as always was excellent, the team are so helpful, professional and always cheerful. The daily evening entertainment is excellent. Drinks are top quality and the cocktail menu is amazing. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is truly excellent. Plenty of poolside sunbeds with think fluffy towels that you can change as you wish. The staff on the reception area are attentive and so helpful. We wanted to arrange car hire, they arranged for a guy from yhe car hire company to come to the hotel and drive us to collect the car. WiFi connection is excellent. We cannot honestly think of one thing that we did not like. This is th best hotel by far in the Algarve and we have already booked our 5th stay for May 2024! Thank you to all the team here who work so hard and take their profession seriously to make each holiday perfect.

Absolutely nothing at all.

Room size and specs as well as cleanliness impeccable; staff at restaurant and cleaning personnel friendly and efficient. Outdoor sun area as well as number of sunbeds sufficient for the time of the season. Out of the entertainment/sports team members esp. Nicola did a fantastic job and displayed a great talent during her classes.

Difficult to imagine that a hotel rated as Travel Sustainable Level 2 is still handing out 330ml plastic bottles of water?? To my mind, as it is the case in other sustainable Hotels, travelers should be recommended to bring along their reusable water bottles (cannot imagine there are still people around not owning at least one of these), or hand them out to who does not bring one. Time for change of The TUI BLUE Falesia wants to live up to the sustainability level.

The meals were lovely, with plenty of options, especially for a fish lover and we were there half board. The rooms were very spacious, appreciated the interior door from the bathroom, helped muffle noises from the corridor. The showers we're lovely and hot with amazing pressure. Unfortunately we had crappy weather so couldn't take advantage of the outdoor pool. Access to the beach below was a little trickier that expected. The drinks were not badly priced. The staff were all lovely.

Improved coffee machines at breakfast, the current ones kept beeping after every few cups and had to be reset. Glad it was off season not sure how busy it would get in high season. Have prosecco available at breakfast. The steam room could do with instructions. Could do with a little more entertainment on a evening especially with the hotel being a little out.

Lovely hotel, great room, good amenties, lovely grounds, well kept and the staff were amazing.

Parking

We stayed here for a few days over our honeymoon and the reception staff put a lovely card, some prosecco and balloons in our room for check in and as the accommodation team serviced our room they made the towels into love hearts. So thoughtful and really made us feel special! Drinks service is so fast, staff are so polite and we didn't want to leave. Thank you to everyone, excellently ran hotel.

Room was large , clean and had everything we needed. cleaning staff did excellent job every day breakfast was plentiful in all areas and very well cooked and presented particularly liked the vegan and gluten free options as you do not normally see that dinner had a very good choice and was excellent as were the staff

In the room I did not like the large bottle of hand and shower gels attached to the wall....for this quality hotel I would expect individual toiletries that have not been constantly touched by other guests.

The staff are lovely and extremely attentive! Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the city and a side view of the ocean - an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed the short walk from the hotel to the two nearby beaches and the hotel's facilities, including the tennis court (you can borrow tennis racquets and balls from reception), swimming pools and sauna. The breakfast buffet was good and we always looked forward to the dinner buffet which varied each day with various vegetarian, meat and fish options as well as a wide selection of desserts including ice cream :) We loved everything and cannot wait to come back soon.

Not a lot of parking available directly in front of the hotel, but there are other free parking options just 5-10 min walk away. We didn't have any trouble finding a parking spot.
