Good room size for 3 people. The space looked clean and organized when we arrived. The location is the best part of it, PERFECT for the ones attending concerts at the Altice Forum, the place is just 10 mins, by foot, away from the venue.

Only downside I experienced was when I called prior to my arrival asking for an extra bed and the person who picked the phone was not only SUPER rude, but also said it was impossible to upgrade my reservation to accommodate a +1. A few hours later I called again and talked to someone else who ACTUALLY DID WHAT I WANTED without all the arrogance of the previous person. I understand thats a budget hotel and that no one should expect a 5 star treatment, but being kind and helpful to costumers should be the bare minimum, especially when I wasn't asking for a favor, I was asking for a paid upgrade (Which I got after the second call).

The room had a good size, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom too, had a good space and was very clean. The location was not bad, close to a lot of things (groceries, bakeries, restaurants,...) in the city centre. I went by car, and although the parking they have is not free, I've found some free parking places behind the building.

Not really much to say. The room could have some more amenities and storage spaces for clothes and bags, but not a big con as it is spacey. Breakfast was a bit poor for the price, so we preferred to go to some bakeries just a few steps away from the hotel.

The location, the staff and the room itself were beautiful. The room was really large. The bathroom was good too. All of it for the cheap room price was really astonishing. We didn't come here for a beautiful view, we just came here for the stay and we were really happy.

Surprisingly they don't have a Hairdryer or a Electric socket in the Bathroom and in total in the entire Hotel room there were only 2 electric sockets. You would have hard time if you want to recharge all your electric gadgets..

Attentive and polite staff, clean and cozy rooms. When you stay at Ibis, you expect a certain level of accomodation. This hotel is even better than expected. Nice location. I can say it's a perfect place to stay in Braga for 1-3 nights, very comfortable.

There were only 2 thing I missed there: a ho meal for breakfast and an opportunity to get slippers in the hotel (even paid ones). Except these things, everything was nice and even better than expected.

Good value for money, very friendly staff and a rather cool location if you want to go about Braga and the suburbs. I'd recommend for a weekend stay!

Just a toilet brush might be good to have too

It´s a good hotel with quiet room. It´s not in the center, but it´s walkable and there is public transport in case. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions. Room was basic, but enough if you needed to just stay the night. There is restaurant to eat breakfast in, although I wasn´t able to as I had a dog.

If you arrive by car, there is free parking, however you have to search for it.

The room was super clean and they came to clean it everyday and they changed the towels. Sparkling clean loved the stay. The staff was super helpful and the hotel is really close to the centre and there are loads of shops around it. Really worth it !

I have no complaints about this hotel I loved every bit.

only one power plug and one chair for 2 people in the room, there was a second one near the door, but it was impossible to charge your phone with a cable < 1 meter

wifi has some problem and it would be better if this problem would be solved. Also, please put in the room wardrobe or more open shelfs. existed facilities are not enough for putting closes or belongings during the stay

Excellent location and good water pressure in the shower. Rooms were a very good size

The air con wasn’t very quiet or that effective. A little bit claustrophobic in toilet when sat on the toilet.
