The breakfast was very good for the class of hotel. The staff was efficient and helpful when necessary. The location was excellent, as it is central to most places of interest and the pedestrians’ only part of town. The room with a beautiful view was a plus as well. Good accessibility from the parking location.

When requesting a clothes’ iron, as it is stated in the website, was told it was being used by someone else. I suggest they get enough irons to go around for an hotel of that size.

The location of this hotel is excellent – just steps from the very heart of the historic center of Braga. It's a perfect place to start exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, so we got great rest. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us, and my wife appreciated the hair dryer. We also had a balcony, from which we could see the facade of the Igreja do Carmo, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The ceiling above the shower had some dark spots that look suspiciously moldy. The carpets in the hallways are stained and need to be replaced. We ate breakfast here, which was alright. Not sure it was worth it, as it cost about the same as many of other cafés in town with better looking options.

Location was in city centre. We were in room 402, which faced South. It was spacious, quiet and had a balcony which overlooked a pedestrian square, under which was a large public car park (which is where we parked the car at €10 per day). Reception was accommodating and gave us a room upgrade. Wi-Fi was very good. Supermarket 1 minute away on other side of pedestrian square.

Amazing location, friendly stuff, and clean rooms! The wifi also worked good for us. It is definitely a great value for money.

Some facilities can be easily improved. For example, there were no face towels (only body ones) and one more pillow per guest would have helped a lot.

Location of the property is very central . Our room size was good and clean . The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was adequate.

No hot water kettle in the room to make a coffee or tea .

Please, include some electric sockets near the bed. It's around 3 meters away. Parking agreement has changed, so it would be good to update the info in Booking to avoid spending more.

Perfect location, very central. Basic but functional accommodation, what you would expect for the price. Very nice balcony with a good view from the surroundings. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Alright breakfast.

Lack of plugs next to the beds and size of room on the smaller side. The parking is not exactly on site, but a couple of minutes away, which has discounted prices for hotel guests.

The room was very comfortable. I could have a good nights rest. Also there's a closet with some hangers for clothes and in the bathroom you could find hair dryer, shower gel and towels. The room also had TV. Also breakfast was included in the price and it was good.

The internet was very weak at times and the view from the room is nothing special.

The property is located in between the bus terminal and old town braga. so it was pretty convenient to walk around the area and get back for the night. the room was spacious, probably can house 3-4 people.

the room was clean and spacious. the location is close to the bus station and the old town, which can be visit after a short walk. I had an issue with my online reservation and the staff was gentle and nice helping me to solve it the best way possible.
