Hotel is very spacious. View from room was excellent. Room was very well laid out and was spacious too. Hotel in a very good part of Cascais/Estoril. Breakfast was very good and the staff at reception, breakfast and the bar were very helpful and attentive! The staff will not disappoint you! This Hotel is a Gem and deserves its name. The restaurant is probably the best in the area of Cascais and Estoril. It was my fiftieth birthday and they sent a lovely cake and champagne to my room.

Could have had a larger variety of spirits and wines at the bar.

The room is spacious, and the view is amazing. The breakfast was very good and the staff are polite, welcoming, and attending. The facilities are well-kept. The hotel does not have a private beach but is within walking distance of several public beaches. The location is very calm, and relaxing and is very close to the Sintra area. You can either take an Uber(or a taxi) or a train to Lisbon. The train station is like 5 minutes away. I really enjoyed my stay there!

My experience is that the deposit that the hotel locks on your credit card is usually released immediately upon your checkout. This took a week to happen here and you should have an eye on that.

Luxury! Everything was immaculate, stylish, and comfortable. Our room overlooked the ocean, and the balcony was exquisite! The staff members were attentive and professional, putting us weary travelers at ease! And, then, the restaurant! Oh, my! We were the final seating, and they made us feel at home and served us delectable food! We truly couldn't have asked for more. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer!

loved the water lounge! was the highlight of our stay as it was very relaxing and lovely. the breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful, beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and beautiful and location was good.

The pillows were uncomfortable and strange as they felt like a balloon with trapped air inside. you had to slowly compress the pillows to get the air out. however they kindly replaced these with better more comfortable pillows.

Loved the breakfast,the buffet was fantastic. Loved sitting by the pool,we enjoyed long breakfasts. Would like to commend Jose,the restaurant manager.he was very helpful and kind. Loved the outdoor pool area,the service was great. The indoor pools were an amazing way to relax at the end of the day. I enjoyed the interior design of the miragem,the beautiful art work ,furnishings and floral arrangements.The colours were very attractive to the eye and add a personalised feeling to the hotel. The staff at the front desk were always di helpful.Catarina is a gem. We enjoyed the private balcony with views to the sea. I could feel that this is a family owned hotel where no attention to detail is spared and staff feel nurtured.

Second year in a row coming here and loving every second of it. Great location, delicious food, spacious and comfortable rooms and awesome spa. Just in love with this place!

I would’ve liked to see a wider selection of food for the room service and a hot tub at the spa. That’s the 2 things which are missing for me

First time in my life I preferred staying at the the pool instead of going to the beach. Beautiful Hotel, pool area, Breakfast and Spa.

Best hotel I´ve stayed in. Facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, and customer service. Great value for money, spacious rooms, location, and view are the best. Highly recommended!

This is the best run hotel I have ever been to! Hands down. Everyone, everything was perfect. the rooms= awesome. the bathrooms= clean and beautiful to the max. the front desk, the bellhop, the pool servers, the food options... the location! everything was so great I want to go back now. the interior pools are the coolest. they have all these different built-in, high-powered jets that hit your body in different ways. I had never seen anything like that before. It was extra. You could just stay within the hotel grounds for days but if you want, you can easily walk to town via the beautiful cobblestone path along the water. Stop at a tavern for lunch or dinner, shop, and people watch. So great- just go. it is better in person than in pictures. the flowers, the decor.... just everything.

There was one server at the pool who unnecessarily shared his opinion on alcohol beverages (that they were the worst thing for humans) as he was serving me and my friend alcohol drinks. He was a small. thinner male with dark hair and he should be fired because he was the one and only not nice person I met in Portugal. We didn't ask for his opinion, and I know they didn't train him to give it. All of the other waiters at the bar area were incredible nice and sweet and professional.
