Location is excellent. Very close to the Apparition Chapel. Close to restaurants and bus station. Breakfast was very good with selection of meat cheese, fruits and yogurts. Also selection of cheerios and buns. Coffee was delicious: black, cappuccino or late and to finish off with still warm croissant and variety of sweets. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Ana was very kind She recommended and help us to book excursion to Grutas Moeda that was worthy to see. Definitely recommending this hotel to all.

The only thing is there is no one at the reception after 11 pm.

It was modern, such a comfortable large bed, and large selection of tv channels, that we watched when we were relaxing. Location excellent, being a couple of minutes walk to the sanctuary, and about a 7 minute walk to the bus station. There is a Pingo Doce (supermarket) that we found near the bus station, and was great for ready made sandwiches and hot takeout food, when you don’t want to go to a restaurant. There are lots of selection if you do want to dine out, and just nice to walk the area. Never for a second, did we feel unsafe. We took advantage of the small rooftop area that was one flight of stairs above us. Staff at front desk was very helpful in locating a self serve laundry for me, and a place to print out some documents. We never had breakfast there, so can’t comment on that.

Lovely rooms with a central location. I took this room on recommendation from other reviews and I was not disappointed. Cozy and comfy rooms. Lovely view of the cathedral from our room. Excellent value for money breakfast. We would recommend this accommodation. Loved our stay. Even looked after our luggage until we left.

It was close to the station but it was a bit of an uphill walk especially as we had an 85 year old with us. Ubers would not collect us from the bus station. Not the hotels problem.

Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to sanctuary, grocery store, and bus station. Staff was very nice and always smiling. Very clean with daily maid service. Breakfast buffet with fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses was also included every day. Stayed for 10 nights and had suite #403 which had a kitchenette and a huge balcony facing the sanctuary, which was beautiful to watch the sunsets. Very tranquil beautiful town. Do not miss the candlelight nighttime procession. Go to the children’s childhood homes and the Via Sacra - it is very pretty out there. Good location for day trips to Tomar, Batalha and Alcobaça with or without a car since there are buses to each of the towns every day. Highly recommend Tomar for a full day - town is adorable with many sites including the monastery/cathedral with round chapel, which is magnificent. Highly recommend Alcobaça for a day - town is adorable and the monastery/cathedral with Pedro & Inês’ tombs is gorgeous. Batalha for a half day - town is industrial looking but the monastery/cathedral with the unfinished chapels is stunning.

Bathroom faucet went from cold to hot and then stayed on hot and there was no way to get it back to cold. I told them about this issue the first day but it never got fixed. Rooms were cheaper booking directly, but there was no way to book on website and they never responded to my emails so had to use booking.com and pay more. No Uber or Bolt in town, only taxes which are VERY expensive.

It’s a lovely hotel. The room was very very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the staff is very kind. The location is 5 minutes walking to the Basilica and very close to the main bus station. I’m planning to bring my family to visit Fatima, I’ll definitely book the hotel again!

Great location, value for money with good service. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice for all. The cost of the stay against the service, facilities, location and food was exceptional.

Downside if I had to be fussy, shower pressure and temperature not the best. Mold on the windowsill which could be rectified easily.

There was no bottled water in the room. There was a minibar but nothing inside. Reception closes at 23h, I was in need of water and there was nothing open to get it. There's a bar near the hotel's reception but it was close, so there was no one there to sell us a bottle of water. The green exit light over the door of our room, lit the whole place up, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep for those who are sensitive to the light.

Very good location. Walking distance from bus station,. Close to the center, just 7 minutes walk to the Santuary of our Lady of Fatima, It is easy to find restaurants around the hotel. Super clean, comfortable room. Provide very good TV channels. The staff are friendly, helpful, bery good communication and generous. Highly recommended.

Sunny ,clean, with good view to church and city. Good personal, ready to help you. + bonus you got terrace. (Where you can catch sun and do some training or just chilling with good view and good Portuguese wine.) Clean, central and comfortable place near you can find all you need. I will be back for sure.

the breakfast had a sufficient choice of cold cut salami and cheese and bread and cut fruits. this was fixed for all days.

the hotel owner should check if a room has been booked for 7 nights then the breakfast should have some alternatives with everything eg cold cut meats, cheese, breads, pastries, fresh fruits cut were the same kiwi pineapple melon and orange slices... you can add full bananas full apples ...it creates a good impression for those on a long stay, do something special for those staying for example more than 3 days ...give them a packet lunch for 1 days.
