The breakfast at Luna Fatima Hotel was so wonderful and amazing. The staffs were so busy keeping the foods always available to customers. It's a buffet style that's why staffs keep refilling the foods on the counter.

The only thing I did not like was the bed which I put in my booking a double bed but instead they gave me a two single bed. I wrote it in the additional request but still gave me the 2-single beds. We were couple sleeping on single bed.

Nice and attentive staff, willing to attempt English but struggling; and yes, my Portuguese is zip. Well positioned hotel within walking distance of sights. Be prepared, this is a pilgrimage city and a such lacks usual tourist entertainment. Functional towels, but not fluffy. WiFi, well, barley when at the 5th floor -we had room 513 Value for money overall.

Breakfast, most was cold and tasteless, pastries needed to be crisped in the toaster to at least give the idea they were fresh. Coffee... instant powder from machine, I suppose it has caffeine.

Bed was quite comfortable and room spacious

Was inside the room for about 30 minutes when suddenly a housekeeper was opening the room, very disappointed, you should have a proper staff communication that the room is occupied, good thing we’re descent that time still on our travelling clothes . In general observation the concierge was pleasant but not so welcoming The property is a long distance to the main sanctuary especially night time so quite the only thing we’re walking in main road

Lucky if you like tea as there's no coffee in the room. Hot,cold water while you shower. The worst of all: the breakfast, everything is industrial and really is awful. The coffee was the worst ever... And as far as 4 stars they must have fallen from the sky. In the hotel world 2 stars would be fine. Forgot that couldn't change the air conditioning temperature

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and so was the dinner. You get a very good value for your money here! the hotel is close to the busstation if you go by rede-expressos or another bus.

It's a bit far from the Sanctuary so you do not get the same feeling of Fatima as if you stay close to the center. But we wanted to walk the trail to Nazare so for us it was fine. The restaurant was very good but we would have appreciated a choice of 37,5 cl wine bottles.

Appreciated the desk staff letting us in early, very helpful with answering all our questions. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit and hot items. Free parking limited spots needed to get a spot early evening. On-site restaurant has amazing desserts, we decided to have a late night snack and the 2 wait staff was so helpful and amazing.

we had a disabled person and the bathroom only offered a tub no showers

Comfortable bed

Loose shower fitting. Check in very slow. One computer terminal and printed receipts meant a line. Staff not trained to say, "I'll be with you in a minute." Left waiting unacknowledged. Hot breakfast was a sea of badly cooked flavourless offerings. The rest was okay. Coffee was terrible even though it came quickly from a sophisticated looking machine. The flavour was appalling

Hotel was very clean, room was large, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Hotel is located about 10 minute walk from the sanctuary. Mc Donald's is right next door with reasonable pricing.

Could use a few more power outlets. Water in shower spontaneously changes temperature from hot to cold.

The property offered a very fine and varied breakfast and it was complimentary. Also the facility was very close to the Fatima Shrine—- just 6-8 minutes away be car. The hotel is next door to McDonald’s too so one can easily get drinks, burgers, or ice cream. Perfect choice!!

We liked everything!

Nice, large and generally clean room, with air conditioning and comfy bed. I remember that our bed was huge and very comfortable

The smell in the toilet indicates some plumbing issues, also - although the room was clean, the corridor floor was not, what affected the way in which we now remember that place.
