The staff were exceptional with helping us with our stay. The room was ready early for us so we could check-in since we were so tired from our airflight to Lisbon and car ride to Fatima. Luca was great in the dining room and friendly. The food was good and tasted homemade.The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our room was very cold because A/C was on so it took a couple of tries with front desk staff to get the heat to work. They even offered to move us to different room if the heat did not work. It was too cold in the dining room when we were eating. Some guests ate with their jackets on and staff also wore their jackets in dining room and front desk. The temperature improved daily in the dining room but the last day heat was on as we entered the dinig room.

Location was perfect for us as our visit was specifically to visit the Shrine. The bedroom was spotless, as were all other areas of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had the evening meal at the hotel, which to be honest was a little disappointing. I think the term Restaurant should be used loosely! The food was adequate but, with hindsight, I think we would have been better eating out. The breakfast was fine, but the coffee could have been better, and although there were cereals on offer, there was no cold milk, and the fruit juice was quite watery.

Location was close to the shrine and the bus stop. Room was clean and spacious.

We tried the dinner at the restaurant. They were ok, and service was good but there was a lack of communication. They served us some bread and goat cheese and didn't mentioned they were additional charges. We also didn't ordered them in the first place. They started just bringing them to our table so it was shocking when we saw the charges on the bill. So that part was a bit deceptive. Other than that, hotel experience is good.

It was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything one needed and more. It is very close to the Fátima sanctuary and close to all shopping and eating amenities as well as to the bus stop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. So grateful to have found this place.

I liked everything!!!

After checking in, one basic question as to what time the Sanctuary open/close and the guy in the reception just answered - I don't know! We forgot to check that there is free breakfast in our booking and again, the same guy did not bother to remind us also. We got our free breakfast on the 2nd day. Location of the hotel is good. It's about 10 min. walk from the Bus Station. Also a short walk going to the Sanctuary. Restaurants and soveigners shops are just around the area.

Reception should at least be knowledgeable to answer some basic question from hotel guests.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I could feel the presence of Virgin Mary. We got upgraded because our room didn't have a view so we got the family room with the balcony overlooking the church it was incredible to see it light up at night. Hotel is in an excellent location.

Breakfast. Wifi was non existent, we were on the top floor so if you have work to do or want to watch Netflix, you have to go to the sitting room to get good signal.

Hotel Santo António de Fátima had a great location and it was a hop, skip & jump to the Shrine. Shops and restaurants were plenty and we were spoilt for choice. The staff were great, polite, helpful and accommodating. Smiles from everyone and we were told the rooms were freshly renovated, stayed in a quad room and it was perfect for our family! Nicely painted and it gave us a sense of calmness. Breakfast was good! Thank you dear team.

Location is great! Stone's throw from the Fatima Sanctuarie. Staff very helpful and nice. Don't recall about breakfast, but had occasion for lunch meal at the restaurant and it was good. Th e hotel has info we need (directions, time for mass, procession, other services and for visiting the Fatima Sanctuarie. My husband and I rate this facility the best among the ten or more places we stayed during this trip.

No warning that the train station is like 30-some km away from the Fatima city center, and that taxis are not readily available from the station.

Easy check in, very friendly staff, helping with information on happenings in town/sights. Clean room, with very comfortable 3 big size single beds, a bit firm, which is perfect. Great view to the Sanctuary, also a really short walk to it and to "downtown". Good restaurant in the hotel, however we haven't tried the breakfast because of the early morning check out we had.

Some kind of drain smell in the bathroom. Small room for 3 adults, and the doors are huge, with weird cross-openings. For a 1 night stay it's doable for this price.

The location in regards to the shrine was excellent, the staff were friendly, welcoming, cheerful and over all very lovely. It was also an added bonus that some of them spoke English. The hotel was very clean and very peaceful, quiet, but still very homey. The food was also good. I would definitely consider staying here again if I were to go back to Fátima. The price was amazing for the stay we had!
