Very well equipped to every detail, comfortable, sparkling clean. The host was very friendly, professional and helpful. If you have issues with walking uphill then could be difficult as the little street goes steep uphill for the last 50 m and taxi won't go to the door. The staircase inside the apartment building is also steep. But it was not an issue for us. Close to city center, quiet neighborhood, safe. Definitely recommend

Centrally located to many of the things we wanted to do and close to the Metro for the rest of them.

Communication between the ownership group and the staff member looking after the place seemed to be a problem. The ownership received our message re late morning arrival time and arranged a ride from the airport to the apartment for us, but did not let the staff member know so they were caught off guard when we called from the apartment to let them know we had been dropped off with all our bags and were waiting outside. The staff member was very gracious and arrived within five minutes to let us in and show us around. Always wish owners would provide a list of great places to eat and drink within a few blocks of where their rental is located.

We liked that the apartment was just a walking distance from the city centar, but in a quiet street, the cleanliness and the size of the apartment.

We did't like that the apartment was really cold for the first few days of our stay and had to sleep with air condition (heat mode) and electric radiator always on. Also, we didn't like the microlocation (near the abandoned buildings,narrow steep streets and Martim Moniz).

I arrived around midnight but the lady was so kind to still open door for me and gave an intro to Lisbon town. With her limited vocabulary she made sure that she answered all my questions, and even made sure that I know where to get breakfast for the second morning. Awesome facility. Furniture is top notch quality, warm water is consistent, airflow is good. Bed is super comfortable. Kitchen appliances are clean and complete. Coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil, pepper etc are provided for those who wish to cook. There is a market just around the corner. Had a great stay here and love love love having dinner at the balcony. No view, but enjoy the quietness and great weather in early autumn.

It’s a bit of a climb up the hill. But that’s Lisbon in general.

Unit very clean. Kitchen well supplied. Unit exactly as advertised. Good location.

We booked the unit through Booking.com. Instructions about how to access the unit were not provided. We did not know we were supposed to call the manager. It was a little frightening for me, not knowing how to get into the building and/or the unit or how to contact the manager. Once we figuered that out though (with the help of neighors), all went well. Manager very responsive and someone came with the keys within 10 min.

the place was very clean, we had everything we needed. our host Sandra was very helpful and nice.

The apartments itself were nice, good size beds, nice kitchen area, small terrace, although no view from the terrace, very clean.

I didn’t like the area, although we got used to it in the end, I was not comfortable walking around especially at night so we mainly used Ubers as it’s a really cheap way of traveling around. We stayed four nights and it would have been nice if the flat would have been cleaned/ towels changed mid-stay.

The apartment is perfectly clean and many useful stuff was in there for us. Shampoo, salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, napkins, extra pillows.. I stayed with my baby (10 months old) and he was happy to crawl freely on the floor (so much clean). I asked bad for my baby and a feeding chair, they were ready for us! And kitchen had everything enough to cook and eat.

I chose the room with castle view and balcony. I didn’t know that it was on the second floor. It was a bit difficult to climb with baby.

Our flight was late, but our host woke up and greeted us and explained everything with a smile. A small patio was a nice touch and can be used for smoking

The only drawback is location as it is at the end of a steep street, hard to approach by Uber or Taxi, and our son was on crutches

Sandra met us when we arrived and even accommodated early check-in. She was very responsive and helpful. The property is large, modern and comfortable and even has a washing machine.

Apartment walls and floors are thin and you can hear the upstairs neighbours as well as people walking down the hall. The apartment is also located at the top of the hill so be prepared for some exercise!
