Wow, best hostel and staff I have come across in my stay in Portugal/Europe so far! Joam and Tibor were an incredible asset to this hostel being so elite for their directions around town and cool chats (Joam) and the affordable guided tour to Sintra (Tibor) which was the highlight of my trip in Portugal. I highly recommend it. It was magical. Julie was also a lovely host and Ana brought the responsibility and vibes high for the pub crawl they also provided when I was there on my second night. I will definitely stay here again if I come back. It is a testament when lots of other solo female Aussies also chose this hostel. The female-only dorm was excellent, clean, bed was comfortable and had a curtain and charging dock/bench for our personal belongings to be in bed with us, and eco-friendly with their water saving feature in the showers. The whole property was well designed with a cool bottom level check in process and an awesome rooftop to have drinks to meet people before going out, especially the pub crawl or Fago we also got to attend for free. Majority of the hostel travelers were also a huge vibe!
Nothing. It was the best hostel. I can’t flaw it. Maybe the only thing was there was no oat milk for my coffee but the soy was still amazing, plus the hostel provides a free coffee pass as a part of your key card at a local coffee shop that does have oat milk 15 min walk from the hostel, next to the sister hostel, WLFT.

The location is very convenient to visit the city and reach the airport/ train. The metro is just a few minutes away. Aesthetic is fantastic and service is hotel style oriented. Rooftop has a stunning view and natural daylight, good space to sit and work. The manager, Julia, is very professional and always on point to meet needs and requests.
In a week's stay I never got a hot shower. The bathroom is designed to be pretty but not practical at all (no shelf and only hooks for your clothes are inside the -small- shower). Also the common areas have a very limited space definitely not enough power points. It gets crowded very easily. Kitchen has high standards appliances but is so small that only one person at the time can cook. During breakfast and tapas night it's very challenging to make your meal. Check in process is too long.

1) Staff were very welcoming and always at hand to answer questions or recommend places to visit/eat in Lisbon! 2) There were events organised daily! The Sintra day trip was really good and would recommend for convenience! 3) The communal areas were amazing, the rooftop was a nice area to chill during the day and at night 4) Plenty of storage space - staff even allowed guests to drop bags off before check in time and after check out in a secure bag room 5) The hostel was social but also did not pressure people to have to mingle so good for introverted people like myself
Bathroom was small and cramped

The staff was fabulous. Very great at making connections with people. Stayed in a 4 person room and it was very clean.
If you work remote for american timezone this is a difficult place to stay at. They try to accommodate you but there isn't enough dedicated space at night since they turn into social zones. Something you should know if your a remote traveler.

Hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Everyone was so nice, there was coffee and iced tea free all day, and it was a very comfortable and friendly place to be. They shared so much information about the city and even suggested things that I might like seeing. I did so many of the activities they offer and even with so many things going on, it was really quiet and relaxing. I can honestly say that I wouldn't have had nearly the same experience if I'd stayed at a different hostel.
Everything was amazing! I just wish I could have stayed longer haha

The staff was great. The rooftop lounge/bar , also. And nice, simple details throughout.
Location isn’t great for walking to and from, though it looks like it would be on the map (very hilly). The front door bangs shut; very loud… not a huge deal except at 3am, etc.

What an amazing surprise in the heart of Lisbon: A wonderful Gem was born ... In over 20 years of traveling the world, I have to admit that WHFT is one of the top 5 traveler accommodations I have ever had. This hostel is more than breathtaking with its rooftop worthy of a 5 star hotel and the quality of the different spaces: the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the cleanliness is impressive, the lounge is extremely stunning and perfectly cozy designed, the gym is just too perfect to keep in shape. The staff of the hostel is extremely kind and lovely ( so professional and helpful) , I have one of the best memories of all my trips. I've been to many hostels in Portugal and more specifically in Lisbon, but WHFT is the very Top Level and far better than 3 and 4 star hotels ! Get ready for a stay in the heart of the city center, that you won't even forget. Good luck and keep your standards high guys, it's so cool to stay with you!
Nothing to change, I appreciated it all .. This hostel is just Perfection for real, I'm 100% satisfied and thinking to come back very soon !

I’ve stayed in quite a few hostels over the years and hands down this is the best I’ve stayed in. The facilities are great, it’s really stylish, the staff are absolutely lovely, the place is immaculately clean, special shout out to the house keeping staff for their good work. I’ll be so disappointed now if any future hostel stays don’t live up to this one lol. Location wise it isn’t massively central but is still very easy to get to any place you want to see! Do not hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it!

- Good location in a quiet neighbourhood with a nearby metro station - The day trip to Sintra and Cascais was an easy way to see various sights outside of Lisbon without the stress of planning it yourself; a unique offering from the hostel and value for money - Clean dorms and bathrooms with powerful, warm showers - Rooftop bar and balconies on the dorms - Friendly staff
- Some marks/stains on the bed linen and rooms could smell stuffy - The doors are quite thin so you can hear others in the corridors although noise is generally kept to a minimum - Difficulty operating air con and no instructions within the dorm - Staff made up the beds/cleaned dorms however they kept moving personal items to different places around the dorm which was a bit annoying to find things (e.g clothing under pillows and toiletries pooled into one of the group’s wash-bag) It wasn’t fully clear when making a group booking that the property cannot guarantee all members of the party will be in the same dorm. Bed allocation depends on availability on the day of arrival. However, they will do their best to accommodate.

The staff were fantastic. Always friendly and helpful, and even go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience during your stay. The dorms are cleaned daily and your bed is also made, which I find amazing. Beds and pillows were also good. Cleanliness here is much higher than I experienced at most hostels, which made my stay even more comfortable.
I personally find it strange that there aren't any bathrooms in every dorm. I was on the third floor and had to walk down to the second floor to go shower and use the toilet... additionally, the were too few places to hang things (not only in the dorms, but also the bathrooms), the shower cabins were small, but the taps were the worst part of my experience there - the spout was wayyy too far away from the sensor, so getting water to flow was oftentimes a big pain... relatively "small" complaints, all things considered though
