Room was really spacious and had all the amenities. Hotel staff allowed us to check in early. Surrounding area was really nice and was close to some cafes and mini markets.

A little bit far away from city centre but was able to easily get Ubers!

Our stay was exceptional. The staff went beyond expectations each time we interacted with them. I have never stayed in a place with the amenities of a well-equipped hotel combined with caring personal staff that felt like we were in a BnB. Easily could stay for a month in the well-designed and equipped room. You could feel how much thought went into everything from utensils in the kitchenette to a black washcloth in the bathroom specifically for make-up removal, to tablet-controlled lights. Would gladly go back to explore this amazing city using this as my go-to stay in the future.

Staff - welcoming and friendly staff (especially Jessica and restaurant staff & manager), provided recommendations on places to visit and places to eat (tailored to needs). Facilities - nice, clean apartment with mostly everything you'd need for a few days stay. Comfortable bed, and soundproofed rooms. Great shower. Location - good location in a vibrant area and easy access to local public transport (metro, bus and tram). Food - food on offer at restaurant was tasty and good value for money. In local area, lots of choice of cuisines in restaurants. Other - convenience stores and general groceries in local areas.

Apartment building was situated on a hilly street - which did require a certain level of fitness to regularly access. Apartment - slightly cramped for more than 2 people (especially when living area is a person's sleeping area). There was minimal storage and surface space to comfortably dress and relax. (Minor point - main living area was dark in evenings with all lights on). Due to the compact nature of the apartment, some amenities were provided on request and not already given (i.e. tea, some toiletries). Cleaning - towel changes were every 3 days instead of 2, as per most accommodation. (Depends on preference)

Location is very good. You can walk to the major attractions and historic sites. Bus 760 which pass by the hotel can take you to downtown by few stops. Metro is also a few minutes by walking. Hotel is in a vibrant neighborhood and surrounded by local little restaurants and cafes where you could meet friendly locals and have a taste of authentic Portuguese cuisine. The room is nice, big and clean with all appliances you want.

The touching panel control is too bright in the night and we had to cover it with our hat so we could go to sleep 😂 The insulation is not very good and we could hear our next door neighbour talking and their kids playing. When they come in and out, the slamming door always could be heard. I think it’s the mechanism of the door. Sometimes it is a little bothering.

Amazing apartment! Very clean, peaceful and had all the amenities you could need. If you forget anything, the front desk will provide what you need. They have organic natural products - shampoo soap etc. The rooms are quite hi tech, all new appliances & beautiful lighting and balcony. The building is stunning & is a short walk to the centre. Very good restaurants around the corner from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the two ladies that serve breakfast! Breakfast is wonderful too. I can't fault this place! Beautiful and perfect stay :)

Great location for most of the tourist sights and easy to get to via the Metro from the airport. On the edge of the main tourist hub so in easy reach of some good value restaurants or the busy hub if that's the vibe you want. The room was well sized and well appointed. The damage deposit was promptly returned (as promised).

Some attention to details in the room is required, eg the plugs did not fit the hand basin or the sink so you had to run the tap continually to have a shave or do the washing up; the bedside shelf has a phone and tablet charger bolted to it leaving little room for personal effects; the screen lock of tablet that controls the lighting and air conditioning, times out too quickly and is really annoying when you have to 'swipe' in again...and again; a dishwasher is provied but only four sets of crockery rendering the dishwasher pointless unless you ran it mostly empty; the online check in had a negative tone to it with emphasis on what you would be charged for such as out of hours calls to the company.

Large very clean apartment with comfortable beds. Sofa bed was ready when we checked in. We appreciated that.

Using the tablet for the lighting. Nothing else.

Room was cute, amazing view over the city. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff with lots of great programme recommendations. Our bed was comfy. We liked the proximity of everything, walked around the city easily.

Soundproofing worked well with the windows, but through the doors it was very much audilke if someone came home to the hotel late and slammed the door. This is probably normal for an old building but it is good to know. There is construction next door, noise was not an issue but people are working in front of the window (on the top floor).

One of the best place to stay!! … unique decor, perfect room size and everything was available for use, most important and amazing part is the behavior of the staff, from the day of booking till the end.. Ms Bianca is truly amazing person!!! Communicated every step and later guided us to the accommodation and explain everything with very professional way! Mr. Saulo guided further about our stay and the lady at breakfast area was very nice as well! Each and every member of the staff was very well mannered and ready to guide with such a perfect smile! all of the staff members make our stay more amazing!! The location is very good, all kind of transportation was available on just few steps, restaurants and shops are just next to the property! Highly recommended to stay

This establishment very pleasantly surprised us. We stayed in two different types of accommodation during our trip to Lisbon, a small boutique hotel, and OnJ S Lazaro. Definitely preferred the space and amenities offered here. The patio area/breakfast area is an oasis of peace in the bustling city. Everything was immaculately clean. Beds were sumptuous. And staff both pleasant and helpful. Both the metro and the departure point for line 28 tram are 5 minutes walk from the property.

Neighbourhood was without interest. But it didn’t matter as we were usually either out exploring or enjoying our flat or the patio area.
