Noisy street

Near city center, good space for 5 people, clean

At top of hill with escalator that doesn't always run, no elevator and lots of steps with luggage, very foul smell coming from toilet

The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved the location, very close to the city center. Also, the escalator was nearby. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Also couple of small grocery stores which was very handy, especially during the Christmas time as they are were open. It was possible to have a cleaning service every day. The cleaner guy way very nice and kind. Also, i accidentally closed the safe incorrectly and help came in 30 min. Which was amazing!

As expected, it was quite noisy due to the fact that walls were very thin and you could hear people walking at the stairs and also in the apartment above.

The apartment was larger than I expected, very clean, had more provisions than I expected ie towels, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and even a dishwasher! The kitchen was fully stocked if I wanted to cook. David our cleaner was exceptional, very courteous and really helpfull

Everything was great really. A few suggestions: TV location, would've been better if you could swivel it a bit more! A mirror on the inside door of the cupboard perhaps. On the room description would've been great if they had mentioned they provided towels etc (all named above) so I wouldn't have brought them with me. Maybe a helpful guide of the city or some tourist maps re transportation - but not necessary!

The apartment was beautiful and situated well with amazing views from the balcony. Enough room for my stay with plenty of extras and appliances. Fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel provided. Great touch with the water and snacks. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The only downside was the smell coming from the drain in the shower which wasn’t too pleasant but if the door was shut it wasn’t as bad in the rest of the apartment and the shower head was broken so had to keep it in your hand

We had a wonderful 3 days in the apartment. It’s very easy to check-in at the machine and quickly settle. Excellent location, 5-7 minutes walk from the center. And on the other side is the old Alfama district with beautiful viewing platforms. A good option for an inexpensive holiday. The kitchen has everything you need. Kettle, salt, sugar, dishwasher, tableware, microwave. Clean! Snow-white bed linen and towels. Cleaning was done every day. It is very important that the bed is really comfortable and large.

The downside for us was the strong audibility of footsteps from above. We lived on the 1st floor. No voices were heard. Also a floor was cold. But this is December. For children, it is better to take slippers.

Prior communication with Lisbon apartments was great. We stored our luggage in another building due to arriving earlier than check in. When we did arrive for check in we were let into the building by housekeeping, we checked in using the self service machine which gave us a unique code to get into the building then a code to get into your room. I did complete the check in online prior which asked various questions and required you to upload passport photos which saved time. Location was great for what we needed it for, close to Martim Moniz metro station which made getting from/to the airport very easy. Our room was cleaned/sheets changed/towels changed after one day which we didn't ask for (information was it would be done after day 3) so we left the do not disturb sign on the handle for the rest of our 4 day stay. Kitchen was well equipped, we only used the fridge though so can't comment on cooking facilities. Air con was a god send as it was still very hot during the time we were there.

Just few minutes from metro station, basically in the city center, many restaurants in walking distance. Really nice apartment in beautiful old building, amazing view from balcony, well equipped with dishes, dishwasher and washing machine. Super easy check in and check out, highly recommend!

It could be a little bit cleaner (dishes, dishwasher, dust) but ok:)

The apartment was spacious, bed comfy, Netflix, the location was good, just in front of the Tram 28. Thank you David, the house keeper for keeping our room clean every day!

Since we got the lower room, the bathroom has had that smell. The escalator to get to the apartment sometimes was not working so imagine you had a full-tour day and once you reach home, the escalator is not working. Kinda hustles for you to climb the stairs. Beware at the nearest metro station, Martin Monez, got a lot of foreigners that will stare at you.

The apartment is at central location. 30 minutes by the airport by public transport. 5 minutes from the tram 28 terminal station (befote 8:30am the queue is endurable max 20 minutes). Castelo St Jorge is 15 minutes walkman where you have a fantastic view to Lisboa. The apartment is very clean. Cleaning lady is coming on a daily basis. Temperature on the rooms are really good due to the air and the air conditioners. There is a calm terrasse where you can have your breakfast.

Late evening and early morning party animals are creating some noise but moves off quickly.
