The staff, Bruna and others made this place amazing! The food was fabulous and snacks so much appreciated and available!

The room was plain, but adequate. The balcony was nice. The location perfect!!! Some of the modern bathroom handles were not easy to use as a pull finger. Wish it was a knob or handle. The shower was tiny but good enough. I was expecting more space or nicer furnishings per the photos, but it was fine and we loved it. I also liked the antiques in the halls.

The location is amazing, the breakfast also good. All in all very satisfied. Although the room is on the noise side of the street it was very quiet in the room in the night.

One of the colleagues on the Reception could do better with the customer service approach )) Wasnt really rude or really bad, but just not entirely friendly. The other guys was very nice. But all other things perfect. I would be for sure stay there again

Tesouro da Baixa is not an ordinary hotel, it is a way of life. I appreciated the interiors, the different rooms, the view, the position, the light inside the space, the staff that wad friendly and respectful, more rigorous than in other hotels and the cleanliness. Day by day you would feel increasingly in harmony with the place.

The entrance is well described by other guests and I confirm that it is really awful. I suggest a restyling (even if in common with the shop) and the use of different curtains in the evening when the shop is closed. Another suggestion is to repair the little problem they have with furnitures (i.e.handles, etc) and use of carpets in the common spaces to reduce noises in common areas.

Tesouro da Baixa is a hidden gem in the heart of Lisbon. The location is easy walking distance to several of the sights and places you would want to see in Lisbon as well as having several public transit options at the front door. It is a block away from the Famous 28 street car stop if that is on your agenda and a short walk to the beautiful Rossio Square and Train Station. It is also a short walk from the motel to Av. de Liberdade where you will find a large choice of restaurants and luxury brand shops. The motel was tastefully decorated, very clean and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. The location provided a breakfast buffet that was absolutely fantastic! We have had very friendly staff in all of the motels we have stayed in but the staff at this property was absolutely stellar. We were treated as honored guests by everyone we met. The staff were very kind, accommodating and personable. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

The location was excellent, this was our first time in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially Walid) and gave us a map and explained the different areas to us in detail and with perfect English. Every morning we were treated to an AMAZING breakfast buffet of fresh and tasty hot foods, cold foods, pastries, fruit, yogurt and the most EXCELLENT brewed coffee in all of Portugal! The room was spacious and the AC worked!

Our only suggestion would be for brighter light bulbs especially in the bathroom as the lights were just dim or maybe that is because we are over 50 and need extra bright lights!

Great place to stay in Lisbon. Perfect location to walk to the center's main attractions. Very quiet considering the location. Our room was spacious, spotless clean and everything worked perfectly. The staffs are very kind, especially Caro, who was very friendly and welcomed us very well. The hotel decor is beautiful and cozy. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely stay here again.

The pillows were to thick for me, I didn’t used them for sleep because of this. But this is very personal so it might not be a problem for others. And to be fair I didn’t say anything about it at the reception…

A nice little boutique hotel, with the friendliest most helpful staff that couldn’t do enough for you including helping to plan the sights to visit while in Lisbon. The breakfast was also lovely and they provided gluten free bread and made gluten free pancakes on request. Tea/coffee and snacks available all day which was a nice touch. Complimentary Wine and water in the room was a nice touch Great location close to everything

The family room wasn’t huge and felt a bit of a squeeze for 4 with not enough storage to empty cases or put them away (2 adults and 2 teenagers) though the beds were very comfortable. It’s a pretty quiet hotel and not the right place if you are looking for a bar to retire to before bed (drinks are available from a small bar in the breakfast room though).

Staff was exceptional, friendly and acommodating. Caro who we met on our last day was absolutely lovely and gave us great suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was fantastic, with eggs made fresh to order. So many options. Linens and towels were changed daily which is a rarity these days, even in 5 star hotels. Nice extra touches that make a big difference like welcome drinks, Pure products in bathroom and a little welcome bottle of Porto.

While location was central, immediate surrounding area was a bit sketchy. I also prefer rooms with balcony.
