The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. We didn't expect much since it was just an included breakfast, but they'll line up quite a lot of different options, and in addition, one of the staff members even prepares something special that varies from day to day. The breakfast was just very fresh and very well-appreciated. The first day we just ate something small because we wanted to do a brunch place, but the second day we realized the breakfast in the hotel was better anyway so we just stayed there to eat. The one preparing our breakfast was also very nice. The room has AC, great Wi-Fi for anyone planning to work from here, and a very fresh bathroom.

We booked something that was called a terrace view, and I think we were expecting to see other terraces. We were of course not expecting to be on an actual terrace, but the view was an enclosed apartment area. There weren't any photos of it in the booking, so it wasn't very clear. The bathroom has a window into it, which I feel is a bit weird. Having that said, it's an amazing place to live in that has nice access to everything so don't let that deter you.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is in a quiet and calm neighbourhood, not too close to the city center but it is really easy to get there if you want to. The breakfast room was really nice, with a quiet balcony to chill. They offer free fruit, cake and teas all day long. Breakfast is simple but great!

As it is located in an old building there is no lift and you can hear almost everything that happens outside your room (other toilets flushing, showers being used, loud conversations...), but I suppose that is part of the charm of old portuguese buildings! I would still stay there again though!

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We were lucky to have one with a balcony which made it really special. The lounge/breakfast room was lovely and bright and they even have free fruit, biscuits and cake all day long which was a lovely touch. The location for us was great as it was situated between the old town and the area with the monastery etc. Plus if you have any extra time the area it was in was a nice area to wander around in (inc the park). But for others the distance to walk may have been too long - there were however tram stops very nearby that took you into the main areas. Breakfast is simple but more than adequate- particularly as it's included in the price.

It would be good to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the room and in general another mirror outside the bathroom as it makes two people getting ready a little difficult.

We really liked the location of this hotel. There are many establishments nearby where you can eat deliciously and drink coffee. The room was quite comfortable, but the view from the window on the wall was a little disappointing. The breakfast was delicious, and we were also pleasantly surprised that there was always a muffin, cookies, fruit, a large selection of tea and coffee in the common room.

Breakfast was delicious and every morning the choice of freshly made scrambled eggs or yoghurt with granola and berries, and the buffet of breads and spreads, koffie etc. Great start to the day. The location is also perfect and everything within walking distance. Staff is truly super friendly and always there to help. We have enjoyed our stay!

It is indeed a bit noisy due to the thin walls, but not annoying.

Staff was friendly and always try to be very helpful. Location was good, about 17min walking to Praça do Comercio. People can leave food in the fridge. The staff in the morning can cook for you scrambled or fried eggs if you want. Breakfast is fine: marmelade, toasts, chocolate cake and some cold meat (york, cheese, turkey). Airport is about 15min by car. There is a park nearby.

Walls were thin and it could be possible to hear noise from the kitchen or from the outside. Due to a problem in the building, all toilet paper must be left in the bin as it can get stuck. As the rubbish bin is left inside the building, there is some bad smell until the second floor.

Great location. Beautiful room and common area. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Exceptional breakfast (apart from pastries, fruits, ham/cheese and cake stuff is there ready to make you some scrumbelled eggs and the yogurt bowl with glanola and fresh berries).

Dose nott have an elevator but is in 2th floor and has no problem for more guests.
